Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die Ausstattung ist alt, das Türgriffdesign und die Bettwäsche sind durchschnittlich;
Umgebung: Das Gute an diesem Hotel ist, dass es über einen eigenen Strand und Tauchplatz verfügt, der wirklich wunderschön ist. Das Meerwasser ist nicht nur klar, es gibt auch viele Fische. Sie können im Hotel tauchen, ohne aufs Meer hinausfahren zu müssen.
Service: Das Niveau des Servicepersonals variiert stark, daher ist eine Bewertung schwierig.
Hygiene: Nicht schlecht, weder gut noch schlecht.
Insgesamt ist es ziemlich gut. Das Essen ist nicht so schlecht wie ich dachte. Die gebratenen Taubenpommes sind ziemlich gut. Vor allem, weil der Meerblick so heilsam ist.

Reception Service: Mohamed Metwally at reception was exceptionally nice and helpful, providing excellent service by arranging a one-hour late check-out and ensuring our double bed room had great beach access.
All-Inclusive Experience: The all-inclusive package was excellent, offering good value with enjoyable meals and reasonable staff service. The environment was clean and vibrant, attracting tourists from diverse countries.
Stay Quality: Sleep quality was good, with quiet rooms ensuring restful nights. The only notable drawback was arranging city transport, which required extra effort due to limited hotel assistance in this area

It was an overall great experience. Best scenes, good room settings, fair meals and barely enough service. Although 90%of the staffs are very kind and friendly, indeed there exists a part who has somehow stereotyped us Asian faces.

The cats belong to the hotel, they are all vaccinated and neutered and, if necessary, treated by a veterinarian with whom the hotel cooperates. There are special feeding stations for this on the hotel grounds and guests should under no circumstances feed the animals with leftover food at the table or even take them into their rooms.However, we are sorry that we did not manage to meet all your expectations.
