Very good hotel, centrally located and offers a high standard of service, very courteous and attentive.

What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. We are very impressed with the service provided by the hotel staff. In particular with the concierge, the staff were friendly and very helpful to arrange transportation for us to travel to our next destination. A special mention to 陳珊珊 much appreciated to her attentive assistance. We will highly recommended this hotel to our friends and relatives.

Ordered one Club Sandwich for use but the taste was nasty breads so hard and dry. The waiter was too young. He shouldn't go into my room and ask for payment by WeChat / Cash. When I provided him RMB$100 (the exact charge was RMB$71) in Cash, he dared to say 'no need to give change back, right?'.

The hotel location is very comfortable. Staffs are so friendly, Especially, Mr. Liu who is so nice, he explain and help us. The room is very big and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. We will stay here again when we come to Huizhou.

A superb hotel with excellent services. Room is spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the West Lake from the room. Everything is in perfect order and well organized. Kande International will be my only choice for staying at Hui Cheng District. All the hotel staff are friendly. Kelberly at the Front Desk is particularly helpful and courteous who provides excellent services making my stay at Kande to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences in China. Thank you and for sure I will stay at Kande again when I visit Hui Cheng next time.
