First time stayed at Hsinchu, the overall staying experience is good. Hotel is very clean, there are few convenience shops and restaurant nearby. 10 mins Walking distance to train station. Also one mega city mall also can be reached by walk.

剛入住時已經是15:00過後了！結果還說要再做最後的整理，讓我們等了一下，無法馬上入住感受不太好🥺還有隔天早上有消防測試，沒有提前告知也沒有電話通知，讓早上出遊的心情全都被毀掉了🥲 飯店很新服務人員人也都很好，但是很多細節部分真的還要再注意一下，辛苦所有人員，我只是給你們我真心的意見🥺

- breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food
- Room big, comfortable and with nice decor
- international power socket
- baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided
- eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request
- indoor swimming pool
- sauna
Negatives
- location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel)
- sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

EEric Shen TWA time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids.

ZZeeIch bin 5am angekommen und die Hotel-Check-in-Zeit ist 4pm .. wo im Welthotel-Check-in-Zeit ist 4pm .. Sie können von 5am bis 4pm gewusst ich muss warten, um duschen zu nehmen.. mit Waschraum und ein Nap? Es ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel wow .. Ich empfehle Plz, den Flugplan und das Hotel in Taiwan zu überprüfen.. es ist egal, ob Sie im 5-Sterne-Hotel sind..

FFreelaxReserviert um 10pm. Personal ist freundlich und geduldig. Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß. Da sie nur mit 2 Queensize-Betten und innerhalb unseres Budgets verlassen haben, so haben wir gerade für einen Nachtaufenthalt gefangen. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr gut beleuchtet. Sie haben einen Balkon und es gibt ein stationäres Fahrrad. Sie bieten Toiletten und haben separate Dusche und Badezimmer. Das Hotel ist gerade gegen die Polizeistation, so ist es super sicher. In der Nähe des Hotels haben 2 Tempel. Es gibt auch ein KTV und Komfortgeschäfte. Aber wir bemerken, dass nicht viele Geschäfte sogar um 9 Uhr geöffnet werden.

HHock SengWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

LLIEHYU飯店房間精緻小巧，但很乾淨設施齊全，早上還有免費早餐可以吃，工作人員的態度也很不錯，就是可能比較老舊一些，隔音有待加強，但整體的性價比是非常好的，就在新竹火車站附近。

AAcaciaHGenerally it’s a nice hotel, there are some stains on the bedsheets but it feels clean. Very closed to the train station and downtown area is within walking distance.
The wall is not soundproof so just be aware. They provide towels for internal use and there’s study beside the bed.

AAnonymer Benutzerthe location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it..
BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..
