First time stayed at Hsinchu, the overall staying experience is good. Hotel is very clean, there are few convenience shops and restaurant nearby. 10 mins Walking distance to train station. Also one mega city mall also can be reached by walk.

Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

- breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food
- Room big, comfortable and with nice decor
- international power socket
- baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided
- eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request
- indoor swimming pool
- sauna
Negatives
- location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel)
- sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

GGastnutzerWe stayed for 1 night. The room was relatively clean but the table was a little dirty. Receptionist wasn’t as friendly as another 3 star hotel we stayed at. You could only get an additional of 2 bath towels per room, similar to other 3 star hotels. Extra bottles will be charged as well, like other 3 star hotels. 😕
However the bed was really comfortable. There were 2 types of pillow provided - 1 flat and 1 firmer pillow. There are 2 different play areas and 2 table tennis tables.
Breakfast was so-so.

VViviane ChenEs liegt ganz in der Nähe des Chenghuang-Tempels. In der Nähe gibt es auch viele Geschäfte mit Badewannen! Und das Wasser ist sehr stark, das Servicepersonal ist auch sehr gut und es gibt auch einen eigenen Spezialparkplatz, was sehr gut ist!
Ich habe keine Kinder oder ähnliches und es handelt sich um eine Last-Minute-Buchung, daher ist es nicht nötig, nach einer Reihe von Anforderungen zu fragen. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Unterkunftserfahrung🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

VVibhavAusgezeichnetes Hotel mit freundlichem hilfsbereitem Personal. Sehr gute Lage mit Zugang zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Transport. Frühstücksmenü war gut, aber braucht mehr vegetarische Optionen. Zimmer war groß und sauber mit allen erforderlichen Einrichtungen einschließlich Waschbecken. Sehr begrenzte Anzahl von Plug-Punkte im Zimmer und dies muss erhöht werden. Übernachten für eine Woche und es war ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Eine große Daumen bis zum Hotelpersonal, die sehr responsiv und hilfreich waren.

HHock SengWhen I arrive the hotel, i was initially ”shock” from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

AAnonymer Benutzerthe location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it..
BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..
