Mir war nicht klar, dass es sich um ein schwimmendes Hotel handelt. Sehr praktisches und schönes Hotel Alle Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich Für Instagrammer wäre es der Himmel Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit Curry, Nan, Zapati und so vielen Süßigkeiten! Es schwimmt, ist aber sehr bequem Nur 1 Problem: nirgendwo Toilettenpapier oder Taschentücher, nicht einmal im Zimmer Das wäre ein Indien-Problem, aber kein Hotel-Problem ICH HABE DIESES HOTEL GELIEBT!! Ich werde es definitiv auch meinen Freunden empfehlen

Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.

Good place to spend a couple of days.

It was a blissful experience at the polo flotal. Being a flotal at the banks of hooghly river makes the view from the room a scenic and exceptional experience also the restaurant at the deck of the flotal adds the value to the morning breakfast with the cool breeze from the river. Also the service and suggestions from Devendra at the restaurant, Souman at the front desk and the guy at the reception made the experience even a more pleasant one.

Great atmosphere with amezing view, room service little slow and food was expensive. Location is good, room is small and clean but little problem facing 4 person not staying together,................,...............................

A good place. I had a pleasant stay and shall surely return. Rooms are well appointed and the maintenance is good. The restaurant food is good. The staff to be particularly noted include Sunny (hospitality), Dipto (reservation) and Rohit (office). They made my stay enjoyable. One problem I faced was with the two chairs in the room ( study and easy). They looked nice but turned out to be very uncomfortable. Sunny saved the situation by providing with their replacements.

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the housekeeping services. especially by Sunny He was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ensured that the room was spotless and perfectly arranged. It's rare to see someone so dedicated and detail oriented everything was done with care and a smile. Sunny efforts made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Sunny for your hard work you’re a real gem💎

It's excellent hotel, specially view and location. First of all location it's a heart of the city. In this part or kolkata still you can feel 19s vibes. This hotel best for photography lovers. Rooms are awasome specially graphics on wall. Sunny gave a very nice hotel tour as well as a story of this property. All staff are very friendly.

Absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff incredibly courteous, and the location perfect for exploring the city. Great amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and a delicious breakfast buffet made it even better. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers! Wifi is an issue though

Me and my friends came to this beautiful restaurant, with such a lovely Ambience, good food and specially the staff Dharmendra and Arindam are very friendly, will definitely be visiting the place again and will also recommend my friends and family. All the best.
