elevator broke down and I’m handicapped on the third floor and when I asked for a room change to the first floor was told I’ll let you know and didn’t ask me my room number or name. I had To climb three floors while being handicapped and end up hurting myself. This was a horrible experience .

The water was not hot enough , the elevator broke on day 2, and the fire alarm went off at 1AM & the breakfast wasn’t that great , and we had a blown outlet , and were almost charged for a dirty towel w makeup on it , and we had to go downstairs to get small towels when we checked in , other that it was a nice and quiet stay .

Got there early, about 11:30 am, only asked for check bag before we can check in at 3pm, but there was no help from Matthew at the front desk, refusing to do anything to do anything to help. I moved to another hotel near by and just forget about this dirty place, rude and very unfriendly staff.

Smelly mildew room, unfriendly and rude reception staff, Matthew was at the counter and should not be the one doing this kind of job at the counter greeting customer.
You will be very disappointed!!
So stay away from this one!!

The advantage of this hotel was it was very close to Chinatown. That was the reason we chose it. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was helpful, we stayed two days and I did not expect changing bed sheet but no one came to make bed or empty the trash can. Did not give new towels. No shampoo in the room, and I was told that the shampoo dispensing bottle was on the wall. There was none. No air dryer in room, I went to ask the front desk and he was helpful and looked all over, there were none available. room was clean when we check in but carpet would need cleaning soon.

The one things I can say that housekeeper keep property clean, but the is only positive thing I have to say about my visit there.
The elevator was broken, and the clerk said that the elevator has been broken for almost a year.
The breakfast attendant ran out out of food for breakfast each day I went to there. It didn't matter whether I was there early or in the middle breakfast hrs.
There was a power outage as well at the property which maybe they couldn't help, but they didn't make any attempt to notified the customer in the hotel what the status of everything is.
I definite would recommend this hotel at all. I had a terrible experience.
