So blieben wir hier 2 Nächte und es war erstaunlich!!! Ich liebe wie mordern es war ! sooo, sauber, kostenlos Frühstück,2 Geschichte Lobby und Innenpool, Wichi war erstaunlich, weil es regnete, als wir blieben, ich liebe wie nah es war zu Restaurants! Am nächsten Morgen habe ich einen SIGHN beim Frühstück gelesen, der sagte, Ihr eigenes Omlate machen und ich wähle, was ich wollte, und der Dude/Cook machte es vor mir nichts Spaßes! Ich liebe auch die breite Vielfalt des Frühstücks. Ich möchte hier ganz gerne noch einmal bleiben!

Das Zimmer war ein wunderschönes Zimmer, das Personal war sehr freundlich.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Miss Deborah at the front desk. She checked me in efficiently and asked if I needed anything, assuring me to let them know if I did. The next day, after returning from work, I met the housekeeping manager, Kristopher. He assured me that they are there to assist in any way possible, no matter how big or small, I had to check out after 18 days to go home, and Kristopher was there to assist me. He went above and beyond, and his staff was amazing. Another front desk person, Ashlyn, was very professional and communicated very well. If I ever have to stay anywhere again, this would be the first place I would select. The hotel was always clean, the breakfast hot and wonderful. No complaints of noise the entire stay. Perfect for families or business.

Ok, where do I begin. When I walked in around 5:30pm on 10/9/23, I was greeted by the front desk staff, the young gentleman was very nice and friendly. I went to my room initially because the app said my electronic key was ready to use. Went to the 12th floor and nope, trek back down to the lobby and had to get a regular key. Frustrating to lug my stuff back downstairs. My room was really nice, size wise and they do clean it as well as possible but as all the reviews say, extremely outdated, needs everything replaced. What was really frustrating was the temperature of the water in the shower. Early in the morning, you turn on the water, you have to get in because you're on a time crunch. You stand there, sticking one arm at a time in the water and you're dying because it's so damn cold. By the time you get through most of your body, it finally warms up just in time to wash your hair. On my last morning there, I had a 7:20am flight so I was in that terrible cold shower earlier than I'd like to think about. Yes, I would run the water ahead of time as much as possible but come on! The hotel has potential, but they need to put some serious money into it. The hallway on the way to the elevators has some type of scented thing plugged in, I had to gag as I passed it everyday and wondered what needed to be covered up, scent wise. I've stayed at the Aria in Las Vegas, amazing smell when you walk in, they aren't trying to cover anything up, it's just a wonderful, stays with you and even provides a memory to reflect back on type of smell. Anyway, I was attending a conference. The room itself was fine, no issues there, however, each time we took a break to use the restroom down the hall by the restaurant, it was an adventure. We all laughed because you never knew which sink would leak out water and which would provide the soap. You also, typically had to use a roll of paper towel that sat on the counter that you had to rip off a piece to dry your hand. It was crazy. I would stay again if I absolutely had to, the convenience of attending my meeting and going up to my room during a lunch break was really nice. Sorry, I hate to give a negative review but maybe someone will listen and sink some money into this potential of a hotel. Nice employees though!

d by Marriot houston westchase  asa johnson ​ You CAUTION! THEY RELEASED MY PREPAID ROOMS AND WE ARRIVED ON A RED EYE FLIGHT TO NO WHERE TO STAY WITH ALL SURROUNDING HOTELS FULLY BOOKED. These rooms were confirmed for weeks before. They never called or emailed until that they oversold. I literally called when I was in my rental letting them know I was on the way, and they told me sorry I will need to call another hotel because they over booked. Why they gave someone both if our double rooms, I don't know??? I explained that is unacceptable. Here are photos of the rooms they sent put us in due to their inconsideration. Nasty just nasty. Mold, Hair, dirty, ran down. They finally sent a cancellation email after we showed up for our reservation. Austin Gerdes the Assistant is the general manager that gave away our rooms and he wouldn't return any calls. I felt bad for the poor lady on duty trying to clean up his mess. She gave him my number over the phone but he never called. How inconsiderate. This is a business trip and they started it off as a nightmare. Horrible practice and damaging to Marriot's reputation.

Ich habe den Vorderbüro angerufen und die Person, die antwortete, musste mich fragen, in welcher Zimmer ich war, so offensichtlich, sogar ihre Telefonsysteme sind so alt, dass sie ihr diese Informationen nicht erzählt haben. Ich wartete etwa 20 Minuten und rief wieder. Sie hat mir gesagt, dass sie auf den Trockner warten. !!! Ich benutzte ein Handtuch, weil ich weg musste. Als ich zurückkam, wurden keine Handtuchs geliefert. Ich ging zum Büro, um sie selbst zu holen. Das Telefon funktionierte nicht mehr - es gab nur ein besetztes Signal. Die Person im Büro sah aus, als ob sie halb schlafen und auf ihrem eigenen Telefon sitzen würde, aber sie gab mir nett Handtücher. Die Einheit selbst war gefüllt mit Grimm an den Türen. Der Toilettenpapierhalter fiel aus der Wand. Es gab schädliches Gemälde und Schäden an Wänden und Möbeln. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Es war nur kaum warm genug, um zu tolerieren. Insgesamt ist es nur schrecklich und braucht eine komplette Gesamtheit. Die Tatsache, dass dies eine Marriott-Eigenschaft ist unglaublich. Jemand muss einen Besuch vor Ort machen und dann den Renovierungsprozess beginnen.

Checkin-Personal sehr angenehm Gebraucht hier häufig zu bleiben, aber denken Sie nicht, wir werden zurückkehren. Gute Lage, aber die Anlage wurde erlaubt, run down. Preise sind günstiger als in der Vergangenheit, aber es ist ein Rennen zum Boden eines Qualitäts-Aufenthalt. Das Bett ist ausgezogen und unbehaglich. Elektrische Outlets werden keinen Plug halten. Allgemeinerweise rundown Zustand. Ehrliche Notwendigkeit für Renovierung. Fernseher ist klein und schwer zu bedienen. Nicht wahrscheinlich zurück.

Das Hotel bietet große Einrichtungen! Front Desk und Hauspflegepersonal waren freundlich und freundlich. Der einzige Rückzug aus unserem Aufenthalt war der Front Desk Manager, Ebonie. Ich hatte wirklich keinen Eindruck von $15 Gebühren, aber sie hätte besser die WiFi-Situation erklären können als aus unhöflich. Nachdem ich eine Geschäftskarte beantragt hatte, entfernte sie dann zwei Gebühren, die merkwürdig waren. Alles war großartig außer dieser Erfahrung. Ich arbeite an einem Marriott-Eigentum und habe zu anderen Eigenschaften gearbeitet, aber ich habe keinen Manager so vor dem Gast wirken gesehen. Sie braucht sicher Managementausbildung.
