Front desk staff friendly, facility clean, breakfast average. Issue was room assignment. I booked large king suite room, Assigned room was “handicap assessable’ Did not need that, Two TV , what we expected “ could not change channels on one , could not shut A/C off and also noticed electrical outlets without covers. Changed room, and got smaller king suite only one tv. Did not have the same amenities as what I booked yet I was charged the same price, but it’s also advertised that way. This was also a handicap accessible room, but I certainly wouldn’t call that it is not a walk-in shower you have to climb in. I found the shower to be slippery. Room for two people which we were only two glasses in the room no plastic glasses in the bathroom just two glass glasses by the sink in the sitting area. The bathroom hand soap provided but no little dish or tray to put it and had to leave it on the counter. This is not what I expect from the Marriott property and I try to stay exclusively Marriott property.

We stayed three nights in October for an event I hosted (EVENT STAFF COULD NOT BE MORE OUTSTANDING), but this is for the room/staff. We stayed in a suite - always ask for the opposite side of the interstate, as it is very loud on the ”even side”, especially if you have any sleep issues. Could it be updated some? Sure. We came back for a night in November on family business. Stayed in an odd-numbered room and it was decidedly quieter. They need better trashcans in the rooms. Seriously, the one they had in the main room is no bigger than a stand up desk file box. The hotel employee that I was disappointed in was Gwen at the front desk. Not friendly, not attentive, not in a hurry. After the first visit my husband had left something, and I thought I ha. Until we made reservations for the second visit, my husband did not realize that that's where he left his cane. He gave them a call, they went right to it, and it was waiting at the desk with his name on when we checked in. What I thought I lost was a necklace we had brought to town to take to the jeweler, but a family emergency prevented that (we lived in the area until last year so it was a trip ”home”). I asked Gwen to check on it. SEVERAL times I had to explain exactly what it was - a broken gold necklace with 4 small beads - how exact is that?) She shuffled around and acted like I was crazy to even ask about it. I explained the situation several more times - she wanted the reservation number I had been under because supposedly that was the only way anyone could look for it. I didn't have the number, but had the dates. She was surly about it. FINALLY she said she'd call upstairs to the lost and found and I could have a seat. It took about an hour for anyone from ”there” to come down, and I finally had to crowd the desk for her to call them. Hearing the way she was referencing my claim was like she was just humoring me, and I might be scamming her. How many people come looking for a broken piece of jewelry, and how hard is it to see if they have it? That could have been a misunderstanding of her motives by me, but based on how she was at check-in both visits and how I saw her similarly relate to other customers, I felt she was not into her job. I won't let that keep me from staying there again, though. The great experience I had with the event staff bought them some loyalty from me. I will say kudos for having gluten free cookies - wish they could be warm, but know that's impossible.

Ich musste um Zimmerwechsel 3 mal nach dem Einchecken bitten. Erstes Zimmer riecht wie Eier, zweites Zimmer hatte eine Sofa/Band mit Fliesen in ihr. Ich bat Kendra um ein Zimmer wechseln das zweite Mal, weil das Zimmer schmutzig war und ich nicht gefühlt, komfortabel in diesem Zimmer zu bleiben. Das dritte Zimmer, sie lasse mich das Zimmer schauen, bevor ich damit einverstanden war. Ich habe das Zimmer gescannt und es relativ sauber gefunden, so dass ich das Zimmer nahm. Als ich ins Bett gelegt habe, habe ich mein Handy im Bett und im Nachtloch gefallen und als ich nach Hause ging, sah ich, dass es viel Müll gab und es mehr unter dem Sitz war. Es gab auch eine Kunststoffverpackung für etwas, muss von dem vorherigen Gast hinterlassen und nicht gereinigt worden. Der Bad Toilettenpapierhalter war auch gebrochen, aber ich konnte das nicht erkennen, nur durch einen Blick auf sie. Als ich mit Marriotts Kundendienstvertreterin sprach, Jane, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich den Menschen nicht sagen sollte, dass das Zimmer gut ist und dann meine Meinung ändern und Beschwerden machen. Es gibt nichts, was Marriott tun kann, seit ich die Buchung mit einer Website von Dritten reserviert habe, die militärische Rabatte angeboten, aber die Zimmer sollten sauber sein, unabhängig von welcher Buchungsmethode jeder verwendet. Ich war nicht unter dem Eindruck, dass ich gründlich untersuchen musste, ob das Zimmer, in dem ich war, bei meiner Ankunft ordnungsgemäß gereinigt worden war. Ich bin nicht sicher, wie das folgt Marriott International’s Commitment to Clean. Als ich das in dem Zimmer schreiben werde, über das ich mich beschwert habe, sehe ich auch Webs in den Ecken der Decken. Das Zimmer ist enttäuschend, aber die Art und Weise, wie Marriott und seine Mitarbeiter die Situation angegangen sind, ist noch schrecklicher. Wir werden in Zukunft nicht mit Marriott bleiben und andere ermutigen, bessere Unterkünfte zu suchen, wenn wir das Gebiet besuchen.

Das Hofhof von Marriott in North Charleston sieht von außen sehr schön aus, und es ist klar, dass die Designer/Bauern eine tolle Arbeit gemacht haben. Mit diesem Satz, es braucht TLC. Die Möbel waren schmutzig und gefüllt. Die Wände des Zimmers und des Badezimmers hatten Kratzer und grüne Markierungen. Die Farbe im Decken der Dusche war schüttelnd. Das Teppich fühlte sich nicht besorgt. Pros: Lage - Recht von I-26 Kons: Lage - Diese befindet sich neben einem Saatgebiet. Werden Sie am Parkplatz am Abend aufmerksam. Personal - Das Personal war entweder brutal oder apathetisch. Kein einzelnes Personalmitglied lächelte oder gab einen Grüß. Rat zur Führung: Investieren in kleinere Renovierung. Die Personalmoral ist niedrig.

I checked in home2 suites a few days before my flight. Since checking Veronica went over and beyond to ensure I had a seamless relaxing stay. Veronica made her self valuable to all my questions and went out of her way to make sure my stay was nothing short of excellent. This property offers spacious rooms comfortable beds breakfast a snack shop and plenty of places to lounge . I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to stay in this property
