We stayed here for one night in February 2024. Check in was easy. Our room was clean and spacious. This hotel is being renovated, however, the only way this affected us was with the concierge lounge which was off in a small closet like room next to the conference room. Breakfast in the lounge was average for a complimentary hotel breakfast and so were the evening snacks. The best part was that there was a free beer and wine available in the lounge in the evening. One thing that seemed odd in this hotel was that when we go off the elevator for our floor it was like we were in a tiny lounge and I'm not sure what the purpose of that space was. The location of this hotel is great and you'll be close to all types of restaurants and shopping.

Das war enttäuschend für ein Hof. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet, aber das Hotel ist älter und gerade aktualisiert. Sie störten nicht, die Popcorn-Obergrenze zu entfernen. Es fühlte sich immer noch datiert. Unser Zimmer riecht mustig, der Tube dripped Wasser, und die Fenster sind original, so dass Sie Menschen und Autos in Parkplatz hören können. Die Kissen sind schön, das Bett ist härter als das, was wir in der letzten Woche getan haben. Haustiere erlaubt so vielleicht das ist der mustig lustig? Die Fotos zeigen eine Feuerbrücke, aber es gibt keine Feuer oder Kuchen auf den Stuhl. Starbucks Bild ist nur schwarz Kaffee mit nur 3 Geschmackspumpen, die sie hinzufügen würden. Dies ist kein Starbucks. Sie sind besser, zum Eck für echte Starbucks zu fahren. Quesadilla Frühstück war sehr gut, und kostete $9.50. Ich würde nicht empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war für einen zwei-Nacht-Übernachtung. Das Badezimmer war klein und alt, aber das Zimmer war sauber und nahe zu vielen Mahlzeiten.Die beiden Zimmer, die ich gewählt hatte, waren gut, aber meine anderen Familienmitglieder waren nicht so zufrieden. Selbst nachdem sie bewegt und geholfen wurden, haben sie eine andere Hoteloption gewählt.

Jeder Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir vor und während unseres Aufenthalts interagiert hatten, war hilfreich, professionell und freundlich. Dieses Hotel ist sicher und sicher. Es bietet kostenloses Shuttle und ging aus ihrem Weg, um alle Menschen, die zum Konzert am Bell gehen, zu kümmern! Es gibt täglich ein kostenloses Frühstück, die Pancake-Maschine wurde gebrochen, aber die anderen Wahlen waren gut. Wir genossen auch ein Glas Wein bei der Managers Rezeption am Dienstag. Vielen Dank! Wir sehen uns nächstes Mal in Augusta! Ein anderes Hotel in der Stadt hatte die Autos in die Stadt gebrochen. Wir hatten kein Problem mit der Sicherheit unserer Autos in diesem Hotel.

Wir waren in der Stadt für die Operation meines Enkels, so dass es ein längerer Aufenthalt war. Wir haben die richtige Wahl mit dieser speziellen Best Western-Lokalierung gemacht. Die Einrichtungen waren großartig und das Personal sehr freundlich und untergebracht, wann immer wir eine Notwendigkeit hatten. Es ist sehr anständig für den Preis und wir werden sicherlich wieder bleiben, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind. Danke!

GGuest UserWe were greeted with friendly front door staff evertime we entered the hotel. The front reception/sitting area is rather large and the fire place was on making for a warm reception on this chilly evening. The room itself is very nice, the kitchen has two burners, a microwave, a full fridge and dishes for a family of four as well as pots and pan. There is a desk area with space to spread out and a lamp. The sofa is a hotel sofa, so stiff and not too comfy but clean. The large TV is in between the sofa and bed so it could be seen from either but would need to be turned. A turntable for the TV would be a nice addition. The shower was clean with glass sliding doors and shower gel/conditioner and shampoo available. The water was very hot! It was a really nice shower. The bed was comfortable, pillows are a tad too soft for me, but there are two so you can pile them up. The room AC is adjustable and definitely heated and cooled well. The room was vacuumed and appeared clean, but was dusty behind the TV (we had to pull it out as the cable was misbehaving) and the bottom of the lamps/baseboards are dusty. The free breakfast was nice! Sometimes the hotel breaksfasts are meager. This was not. First day was biscuits, gravy, sausage, pre made omelets (slightly rubbery), oatmeal with fruit, brown sugar and nuts, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, OJ, coffee, milk and tea. Second day was grits instead of oatmeal and potatoes instead of biscuits. The ladies in the breakfast area are soo sweet. One of them told me today that they take care of their customers and this is the best Homewood suites, she just wishes she could stay here :). apparently you can't stay if you work here. They were So kind and attentive. If we ever ran into staff they smiled and were kind. My husband said to me ”they must have good management to have staff who appear happy”. In the eating area: The seats were clean, available and no crumbs etc on the tables. Outside the parking lot is well lit, but some of the parking lot is a dirt lot which was not as nice. Overall I am very grateful to have found this hotel. GREAT stay. It was too cold to even think about the hotel pool...so I don't know and did not visit the gym. I did notice that there were construction workers staying here, and using the grill out back two evenings we were here. I thought that was great that they had that as an option. It says something that people are staying here for long term stays. I saw a travel nurse here as well. You can't go wrong staying here! I saw one of the negative reviews, she was NOT reviewing this hotel. She must have picked the wrong one to review by accident. This is a nice hotel!

GGuest UserIch habe vor kurzem im Quality Inn im 2562 Center West Pkwy, Augusta, GA geblieben. Zu meiner Freude war es ein schöner Ort zu sein. Auf dem Weg von mir, habe ich immer noch ein Zimmer mit einem Königsbett und alle TV-Kanäle gewährleistet, die ich wollte. Ich war auf Besuch, um meine Tochter zu helfen, in eine Wohnung zu bewegen, aber der willkommene Rückzug dieses Quality Inn machte meine Arbeit viel leichter. Das Personal war sehr nett und gab mir alles, was ich brauche. Die QI bot auch ein warmes Frühstück, entweder zum Essen oder zum Ergreifen und den Weg zu schlagen. Ich empfehle dieses Quality Inn als hilfreich und graziöser Ort, um im Augusta-Gebiet zu bleiben. Sie waren nur die besten!

Husband and I have stayed here before and really like the size of the rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms always seem to clean. Desk clerk was kind enough to let us check in early so we could change for a visitation. Pool area is nice although I have never used the pool but did hang out by it and it seems maintained. This trip was a little different because as soon as we walked in the place was under construction. I did book online so I did not have this information before I booked. Our room was fine and we checked in on a Sunday so no workers were present. We were out most of the day Monday so really did not see them until we checked out on Tues. Husband was upset that they did not discount the rooms with all of the halls being a mess and huge dumpster in the parking area. Beware breakfast woman was rude our first visit and worse this time. Also do not even waste your time with it it is not worth the trouble. I love the location and will probably stay again just know that construction will probably be going on for a while!

This is the place if you are coming to Augusta. Best breakfasts in the area. The lady that fixes it works so hard to bring you a great way to start your day. The beds are great too and the housekeepers are so nice and friendly. Anything you need they can provide for a great stay. The manager Patty goes to great extremes to maintain and keep the place clean and safe for all. No better place to stay in the area. Thank you Staff at Econo Lodge for making me feel like family. See ya real soon.

GGuest UserLiebe die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt in der Nähe der Washington Road, wo es viele Restaurants und lustige Aktivitäten gibt. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Es ist ruhig und ich schlafe die ganze Nacht friedlich. Ich habe so gut geschlafen, dass ich am nächsten Morgen nicht aufstehen wollte. lol. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!
