Finde Hotels mit Badewannen in Reims

Before setting off on our trip we made enquiries by email that were promptly replied to. The hotel is in a great location, easy to find, 5 to 10 minute walk from the centre of Reims. The hotel has small secure / gated car park with limited spaces but only 2 mins walk away is a public multi floor car park that costs €10 when paying at the hotel. I have a VW T5.1 van that just managed to squeeze in below the car park ceiling. The hotel room was perfect for a family of four with two teenage lads. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels stellt sicherlich die Lage direkt an der Kathedrale von Reims dar. Die Zimmer sind stylisch eingerichtet, wenngleich sehr klein. (Unsere Junior Suite hatte maximal 30-35qm und hatte mit einer Junior Suite nichts zu tun). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den SPA-Bereich, welcher kurz nach der Eröffnung um 9 Uhr morgens bereits dreckig und in keinem guten Zustand war. Einen weiteren Abzug gibt es aufgrund des mangelhaften Frühstücks. Am ersten Morgen waren wir im Restaurant, hier gibt eine rudimentäre Auswahl. Qualität und Quantität passen jedoch nicht zum Preisniveau zum Hotel. Es gibt kein Service am Platz und ebenfalls keine á la carte Gerichte. Den nächsten Morgen bestellen wir das Frühstück via Room-Service. Nachdem dieses rund 30 Minuten zu spät kam, fehlten mehrere bestellte Artikel oder es wurden falsche Artikel geliefert. (Angeblich gab es kein Baguette mehr im ganzen Hotel....) Beim Check-Out entschuldigte man sich für die Missstände und bot an, dass man das Frühstück von der Rechnung nehmen würde, obwohl es bereits in der Rate enthalten war? Sehr merkwürdiges Vorgehen. Ein speziellen Dank geht an Tomas (Parking/Bell Desk), von allen Mitarbeitern war er mit Abstand der engagierteste und freundlichste.

PLUS: Lage inmitten der Altstadt/Fussgängerzone, mit direkter Auto-Zufahrt, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Raum etwas dunkel, ev. draussen im schönen Innenhof, kreatives Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal, grosszügige und komfortable (Superior-)Zimmer mit grossem Bad. MINUS: zu enge und kleine Tiefgarage, kein fixer Platz reservierbar. TIPPS: Viele feine Restaurants in der Umgebung und gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

The rooms are quiet and well-equipped, beds are comfortable. In the bathroom the toilet is very low and getting into the bath is quite a challenge - and when you do finally make it you discover that you cannot teach the soap dispenser. which is high up on the wall, a fine position if you want a shower, but otherwise ... On the negative side, although there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, no milk is provided and has to be requested at the bar, which is easier said than done when the bar is busy. The self-service breakfast is excellent, with everything you could possibly want, but I cannot recommend the dinner experience - you are expected to order via an app on the table, so if you don't have a smart phone you have to wait for ages until someone finally brings a menu, and the food, when it arrives, is very average and definitely not served with a smile.

Der Aufenthalt von fünf Nächten war eine Zumutung. Begründung: 1. ”unser” Zimmer 110 hat direkt gegenüber des Fensters - Abstand 120 cm - eine massive, hässliche Wand, Massen von Zigarettenkippen direkt vor dem Fenster, unfassbar! Auf unsere freundliche Beschwerde wurde nur müde gelächelt! 2. Die billige Handbrause passt nicht in die Halterung der Duschstange. 3. Die Fugen in der Dusche sind teils ausgebrochen, teils komplett verschimmelt!!! 4. Die Leuchte über dem Spiegel ist defekt. 5. Der Ablüfter im Bad funktioniert nicht. 6. Wir mussten eigene Flüssigseife kaufen, da nicht vorhanden. 7. Erst nach dreimaliger Nachfrage brachte man uns ein kleines Fläschchen Wasser ... und so weiter. Für diese Zumutung haben wir leider den vollen Preis bezahlt, man hat uns auch kein besseres Zimmer angeboten, obwohl wir fünf Nächte gebucht hatten und immer wieder Zimmer frei wurden. Wirklich unglaublich.

Where do I start! This seems to be the first review in a couple of years, things have not improved. Located on an industrial estate outside of Reims, but way too far to walk into the city, the area is bland to say the least. It faces a coach depot and a garage with a housing estate to the side and rear. For some reason the hotel is split into two buildings about 100m apart. The rooms are basic to say the least, they are small, hot, cramped with lino floors and bear no resemblance to the provided photos. You can easily touch the ceiling, the bath is tiny, the bathroom adequate at best, there is no safe, only one chair and if you put your feet out of the bottom of the bed you can touch the far wall with your feet. On a plus note the bed was quite comfortable and the place was clean. I cannot tell you what the evening food was like as we did not eat. Breakfast was not bad, having a reasonable choice of dishes on offer. I can tell you that other than being told we could not have a drink as we were not ordering food, and our friends being told that they could not eat their own at the tables outside I was not impressed. There appears to be an issue with security in the area... PLEASE take note. A motorbike was stolen from outside of the hotel around the time of our stay and our friends were approached by some shady taxi touting for business. This place is at best adequate for an overnight stop if you are looking for a cheap place to stay. Other than that, go elsewhere.

This hotel is excellent value for money and great for a stop off on our way through France. There is underground and secure on site parking, the rooms are basic but clean. The staff were really polite and friendly. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the main centre of town but it’s a pleasant walk by the train station. We would definitely stay again!

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Supermarkts, Backwaren, Main Street, 8 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, obwohl Zimmer ein bisschen klein, aber alles haben Sie brauchen, empfehlen!!

Ein wirklich elegantes, historisches Hotel mit wunderbaren Komfort und graziösen Gastgebern. Ruhevolle Lage, komfortabel, sehr sauberes Zimmer, Bett und Bad, leckere Frühstück, einfache Parkplätze auf der Straße. Wir wünschen, dass wir mehr als eine Nacht geblieben haben!

In der Tat ist das Hotel im Herzen der Stadt. Es verfügt über eine hervorragende Lage in der Nähe Parkplätze, Restaurants, Tramways und Denkmäler. Das Personal ist sehr nett und empfänglich. Der richtige Preis und vor allem ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück für einen guten Start des Tages😉 Gute Fortsetzung auf das ganze Team und ich wünsche Ihnen eine schöne Saison. Amale VINCENT
