Das eigen Restaurant bietet ein sehr hochwertiges Essen . Jeder Euro ist hier richtig investiert. Wir sind selber Montenegriener und sagen klasse weiter so.

Das Zimmer war sehr schmudelig. Balkon und Bad wurden während des 7 Tage Aufenthalt nicht sauber gereinigt. All inklusiv ist nicht gleich all inklusiv. Es beinhaltet nur Frühstück, Mittag, Abendessen und Getränke an der Aperitif Bar. Wir bekamen keine Getränke an der beach und Pool Bar kostenlos, diese mussten gekauft werden.Das war sehr schade, da man die meiste Zeit des Tages am Pool oder am Meer verbringt - für was bucht man all inklusiv?! Minibar im Zimmer nur gegen Bezahlung, sprich es gibt kein trinken auf dem Zimmer. Wir haben uns Wasser im Supermarkt gekauft um etwas Wasser auf dem Zimmer zu haben. Flaschengetranke wurden nur nach Bezahlung ausgegeben, sonst plastikbecher Das ekekigste war das Taubenproblem im Restaurant. Die Wände waren voll mit Taubenkot und es war zu jeder Mahlzeit mindestens eine Taube im Restaurant die umher schwirrt und sich am Brotkorb oder an einem unbeaufsichtigen Tisch zugange macht. Ergo es macht das Essen noch ungenießbarer. Das Personal interessierte das wenig. Das Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich und sehr ungewürzt. Der Service beim Essen war katastrophal. Wir wollten Getränke beim Kellner bestellen, dieser entgegnete uns, dass wir doch selber an die Bar gehen sollen, sie haben aktuell keine Zeit! Fazit: Dieses hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne. Das einzige positive ist die Lage des hotels. Unser Urlaub wurde dadurch gerettet,das budva eine sehr schöne Altstadt und gute Restaurants zu bieten hat. Wenn ihr das hotel bucht, zwingend nur Frühstück.

Mein Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Bett ist sehr weich und die Kopfhörer sehr komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind auch sehr komplett, es gibt TV, Mini-Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine, was mich sehr bequem fühlt. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr sauber und bietet alle notwendigen Gegenstände wie Haarwasser, Haarpflegemittel und Schleifmittel. Insgesamt sind die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sehr gut, so dass ich mich sehr komfortabel und zufrieden fühle. Der Service des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Die Hotelbediensteten sind immer sehr freundlich und gerne hilfreich, sie sind immer bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und nützliche Empfehlungen zu bieten. Darüber hinaus ist das Frühstück im Hotel sehr lecker, viele Arten und gibt es täglich verschiedene Optionen. Der Service des Restaurants ist auch sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr aufmerksam und enthusiastisch.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Gemütlich, sauber, alles ist organisiert und gedankt. Kostenlose Parkplätze, Strand 100 m. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber mit allem, was notwendig ist (Teaser und kostenloses Wasser in den Zimmern sind offensichtlich nicht überall in Montenegro bereitgestellt). Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, lecker und gesättigt, ein Pool mit Sauna im zweiten Stock. Das einzige, was Sie früh ins Bett gehen, ist, die Zimmer mit einer Parkaussicht zu nehmen (sie sind ohne Balkon, Blick auf das Meer, aber niemand wird in der Nacht unter dem Balkon gehen und Singen singen). Besonders dank der russischsprachigen Mädchen auf den Rezepten - sofort und unentgeltlich erhöhte die Kategorie des Zimmers, und einfach sehr schön!

Just home after the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Budva. We flew into Podgorica, about an hours drive, we took a taxi/ transfer. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and given complimentary champagne. The lobby is beautifully tasteful. The lady who checked us in was most polite and helpful, truly an excellent example of what front of house should be at a 5 star hotel. Our room (203) was on the second floor, to the side of the hotel, immaculate and spacious, so well presented. Bathroom was also spacious with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner in large bottles (a huge plus as a travelling female) Room had very comfortable bed, a seating area and a large balcony also with seating area. Coffee machine and kettle provided, as was a well stocked minibar. Robes and slippers in the wardrobe were top quality. Everything about the room was top quality. We ordered room service on our first evening and this was very generous, presented perfectly. Breakfast was buffet style and catered for all tastes and choices, very fresh, well stocked and well organised breakfast session. The rooftop pool restaurant and bar area was fantastic, we spent a lot of time up here taking in the stunning views, enjoying lunch and reasonably priced drinks. The pool was clean and very well maintained, more of a spa type pool than a hotel pool. Lunches that we enjoyed consisted of pizzas, Italian thin style and delicious, so fresh. We also ate in the rooftop restaurant one evening, my husband had the prawns with vegetables, and said they were the best prawns he had ever eaten. Beautiful ambiance of an evening on the rooftop. The old town is approx 20 mins walk away, and nice for a stroll around, we however, couldn’t get enough of this fantastic hotel, and spent most of our stay here. Thankyou to each and every member of staff who made our stay so amazing, our first visit to Montenegro, and we will most certainly return. Wonderful hotel.

I was staying in Fontana Residence Budva at Fontana Hotel (it belongs to another owner). Hotel was actually great (location and ambience). But the apartment I was staying was terrible (not the room but the host). 1) came early at 11-12plus but understand apartment will be ready only from 130pm-2pm. That's fine. So we went to lunch nearby. However, at about 1pm, host suddenly text us (few times) requesting us to come back (in 15 minutes). Luckily we were nearby so quickly rushed back. 2) whatsapped host on apartment questions, typed in both English and Serbian as she was more comfortable in Serbian, (as hotel staff will redirect them to host. Fair enough as it does not belong to hotel). Eventually host told us not to bother her (she later deleted the message which I failed to screenshot). 3) host tried to justify review but saying person in contact is staff not host and I did not contact host for the problems. Also claimed staff came at 1pm as a favour but I misused (which is a strong accusation). - firstly: how would I as an outsider know if the person is a host/guest (is not written anywhere on them or in any of our online conversations. There was no introduction too) - secondly: we never demand to check in before 130pm nor request for their staff to come down early and check us in. If she wants to come early, at least inform us prior her arrival instead of rushing us and demanding us to return in 15mins. Unfortunately, I could not share the whatsapp screenshots on reservation platform due to their T&Cs. If I could share it here, I would. Our whatsapp messages are solid claims on what really happened and host decided to brush it off and blame the customer instead. Fontana Hotel is great (the 2 stars are strictly for them) but avoid the Fontana Residence Budva (at level 8) instead. Host and staff's attitude really spoilt one's holiday.

Das Condo Hotel Allure ist einfach erstaunlich! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, obwohl wir nur wenige Nächte gebucht haben. Alles ist super sauber und brandneu, und in der oberen Lage. Eines der besten Dinge ist Garage, die ziemlich billig ist ( 17eur ) aus der Perspektive, dass Budva Verkehrsunheil ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell, irgendwo als eigener Konzern handeln, da Sie sie mit zahlreichen Fragen/Fragen beeinträchtigen können und sie lösen. Und wir haben sogar den Besitzer Drasko getroffen, der Guru ist, wenn es um Ratschläge in Bezug auf die gesamte montenegrinische Küste geht, und er kennt Menschen und Orte. Wir haben sogar ein bisschen über Immobilien gesprochen und wenn Sie beabsichtigen, zu investieren, ist er der Typ, der Sie fragen soll, und sicherlich wird er Ihnen helfen! Eine weitere Zeit großes Dankeschön und dieser 5* Kondo verdient wirklich 5*.

!!! AVOID !!! KEEP POSSESSIONS SAFE AND MONITORED!!! I am aware of the positive reviews but from my personal experience this hotel is NOT 4 stars, saying it scrapes a 3 star is being generous. 2 star from my experience. We were given an early check in only to have multiple issues with the room, the bed sheets had rips in them, the pillows were as comfy as a bag of marbles, the unit had a large mark/chip of damage, the rug on the floor was dirty, some drawers had hair in them!! The shower was faulty, some damage to the bathroom door. The phone to reception was faulty, I had to hold the line in the wall for it to work! And when we did use the phone to ask the staff to bring bathrobes I had to repeatedly ask despite being told they would bring some up immediately. The cleaning baskets were always left on the floors. There are no cameras in the corridors which seemed very convenient after finding out on the the second morning of our stay that 190 euros was missing from my wallet which I left in my case in the hotel room!! I made several complaints about this matter and even went to the local police. It was not resolved and the hotel staff just palmed it off and insisted that I should have used the safe, as if it was my fault!!! It took DAYS to get in touch with someone from the Aycon Group, the local head office on the maps was a run down apartment building!! Even when we had a reply it was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. The fact this chain even continues to exist is mind boggling. I will update this review with pictures, as they are on my partners phone. May be good for a couple nights stay but we had to endure for a week. I am glad to be heading back home, to the UK so that says it all!!! Good riddance

First of all, you can see the comment as another hotel manager. As managers of a five-star facility in Turkey/Bodrum, we chose this place for a 3-day trip. The hotel is quite affordable in terms of price and performance. Rooms are clean and useful... There was no kit in the room, but they provide it if you ask (slippers, bathrobe and toothpaste) I will not evaluate the breakfast variety as in Turkish hotels, because we, all-inclusive hotels, exaggerated this issue a little, but when we compare it with European hotels during our visit, it is okay. Only in the service. There were no napkins, wet wipes, brewed Turkish tea and a caring friend on the tables, and unfortunately, he was a bit distant, serious and sullen. But as a general evaluation, we can say that it got plus points thanks to the receptionist Gordana. As long as Orduna exists, she can find solutions to all your questions and problems with its smiling face and solution-oriented business approach. Thank you Gordana 😊 Would we prefer to come again?
