Wir sind mit diesem ryokan wunderbar und hilfreich. Sie holten uns in schwerem Schnee auf dem JR-Station und begrüßten uns mit warmem Tee am Eingang. :) Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren perfekt und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im privaten Onsen! Würde sicherlich jedem empfehlen.

I booked a dbl room during winter trip and didn't want to haul my luggage in the freezing snow. Very convenient and literally acrosss the street from otaru station. Room is a bit old and small but I don't mind. Bathroom is clean. Towel is clean. Pillow is a bit small. Onsen was great. Lobby served fresh grounded coffee all day and night. 1 min walk to Lawson for late night cravings.

Zunächst einmal sollten Sie wissen, dass es ziemlich weit vom Zentrum von Otaru entfernt ist.
Der Blick auf das Otaru-Meer vom Zimmer aus ist jedoch so schön, dass man diese Mängel vergessen lässt.
Es lässt sich nicht leugnen, dass das Hotel in puncto Design usw. alt ist.
In meinem Fall mag ich Hotels mit klassischem Flair wie dieses, daher hatte ich keine Probleme.
Oh, aber eine Sache, die mich überrascht hat, war, dass selbst 3-Sterne-Business-Hotels nicht auf jeder Etage eine Mikrowelle haben.
Genauer gesagt befindet es sich in der Lobby im ersten Stock. Wenn Sie etwas in Ihrem Zimmer heizen möchten, gehen Sie in den ersten Stock und fragen Sie das Lobbypersonal.
Sie müssen fragen: „Bitte erhitzen Sie das für mich.“
Das war ein kleiner Fehler, deshalb habe ich 1 Punkt abgezogen.
Aber ansonsten ist es direkt mit dem Bahnhof Otaru Chikko verbunden und das Einkaufszentrum Aeon Mall liegt 30 Sekunden von der Hoteltür entfernt.
Sehr empfehlenswert für diejenigen, die das Zentrum von Otaru vollständig erkundet haben oder starke Beine haben.

The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

Very nice hotel, the lobby is big and nice, allow us to check in at 2 pm. There are some reception staff that can speak mandarin as well. We booked a room for 3 people with 3 single beds. The room is bigger than expected and the washroom is more spacious as compared to others I have stayed in before.
Pros is near the Otaru Canal, from the hotel just walk straight all the way will reach Otaru canal. Opposite the hotel there is a Lawson, convenient to buy stuff.
Cons is slightly far away from JR station and you will need to walk about 10 mins.

Sehr wertvolles Zimmer, das Hotel ist kostenlos an der Transferstation, zwei Minuten zu Fuß vom Aussichtsplattform von Jiangjin entfernt, das Wetter war auch sehr gut, ich sah die schöne Landschaft. Die Rezeption hat auch den Zimmertyp kostenlos aktualisiert, die Einstellung ist auch sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, der Rezeption-Stil ist sehr groß, es gibt drei Zimmer, die neu sind, sobald wir in die Tür eintreten. Unser Zimmer kann die Berg- und Meereslandschaft gleichzeitig sehen, und es gibt eine private Suppe, und wenn Sie noch kommen, werden Sie weiter bleiben!

Hotel facilities were dated but mostly well-maintained. After spending 2 nights in Sapporo's small hotel room, it was good to have more space to spread out.
Outdoor hot spring was fantastic and the onsen is open till late night - giving guests enough time to enjoy it even after a full day out.
If you've a rental car, the location poses no problem. There is a large, 24-hour market nearby and it's only a quick 15-min drive to Otaru.
The staff were kind and provided ready assistance whenever we needed it.
Only issue I had was noise from the room above us. For some reason, the guests were running around in the room and it was very noisy.
Overall, it's a quaint, old-fashioned hotel with good ambience.

Die Suche und Buchung wurden offensichtlich von 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern durchgeführt, aber 2 Kinder vermissten sich und wurden dazu geführt, 200.000 mehr zu verbringen.
Auch andere Hotels haben 4 Erwachsene und 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind verloren????? Das Kind vermisste auch das bezahlte Kind, und selbst wenn ich hierher kam, denke ich habe noch 400.000 gewann. Was ist der Fall, wenn man ein Doppelzimmer einzeln reserviert???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Ich werde diese Website nicht mehr verwenden.

HHuangMeganNur das Foto des Offiziellen Internets dachte ich, dass es sehr alt war. Ich dachte nicht, dass die warme Wärme des Balkons aktualisiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber und die Küche ist auch perfekt. Sie können am Abend einen Wärmewärmefutter kaufen, die Atmosphäre ist großartig, das Kind erlebt das Feuerwärme am Anfang sehr glücklich. Die Halbfläche ist auch sehr komfortabel. Die Schale ist sehr sauber und hat keinen Geschmack. Die Küche ist auch sehr ordentlich und ist nicht fettig. Das Kind sagt, es hat eine Chance, in Zukunft zu gehen. Prima 👏

Die Geschäfteseignerin ist immer noch freundlich und warm und komfortabel im ersten Stock; Die einzige ist, dass es wie viele europäische und amerikanische Skifahrer zu bleiben scheint. Es ist etwa 1-2:00 Uhr, wenn die Land- und Landspuren sehr spät zurückkehren, die alte Treppe klingen, die Tür ist etwas scharf, andere sind sehr gut
