酒店的位置很好，離JR站走路不到十分鐘，旁邊就是函館啤酒屋和紅磚倉庫，房間可以看到海。早餐很棒，還有下午茶小麪包和無限供應的咖啡和紅茶，咖啡豆用的是美玲咖啡，一天要喝四杯黑咖啡的人太愛了。甚至房間裏還有整套的手沖咖啡裝置，唯一美中不足的是沒有手沖壺，不過咖啡星人居然用熱水壺也沖出了有漢堡包的氣泡。小小扣點分，其他都太完美了！

Fantastic City Center Stay with Relaxing Onsen My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient. The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This hotel offers the ideal mix of prime location, soothing facilities, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality. A wonderful experience I’d highly recommend!

It’s just next to JR Hakodate station, bus terminus is just in front of the hotel and the city tram stop is within 5 mins walking distance. The morning fish market is just nearby across the road from JR Hakodate station. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide variety including frozen grapes, frozen berries etc. Also, the Hakodate Tourist Information Center is located within JR Hakodate Station. I made full use of my 2D 1N stay in Hakodate by purchasing the “Hakodate Special Ticket 2025”(はこだてスペシャルチケット2025) from the Tourist Information Center. The ticket includes ”Transportation Ticket” City Tram 1-Day Pass + ”12-Points Ticket” (1 point = ¥250) and covers admission fees to Goryokaku Tower, Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward and Mt. Hakodate Ropeway (two-way).

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world. The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

This is the second time for the consecutive years of our stay. This hotel is the only reason for us to come back to Hokkaido again from last year’s trip. The ocean view in the room accompanied with the sound of tides / wind is peaceful and lovely; and the in-room but semi-outdoor/facing the sea onsen makes everything perfect. Also the lobby sitting area is another fascinating place for stay for a while! The downstairs souvenir shop, nearby walking distance Lawson/ 7–11 makes the location more convenient.  But maybe the expectation was too high after waiting for a year, I was disappointed for this stay  several reasons: 1) too strong third hand cigarettes smell in the room, although we opened the window for 24 hours, the smell still lingered  2) check out time is WAY TOO EARLY(10 am) for a leisure purpose of stay  3) the room is clean but not the window, it hinder the view of seeing through the ocean ; and can tell the hotel is old from every corners.  I’ll reconsider to stay again if the price is worth the downside we need to compromise.

About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable. Other than these, overall is satisfied.

Ich habe dieses Hotel auf Ctrip gefunden. Es ist eine Kombination aus einem alten Holzhaus und einem Neubau, beide im traditionellen japanischen Stil eingerichtet, sauber und elegant. Die Zimmer sind nach Bäumen und Blumen benannt und jedes hat eine einzigartige Holzschiebetür – einfach wunderschön. Das Hotel verfügt über ein öffentliches Thermalbad und viele private Badezimmer, die im Voraus gebucht werden können. Sie sind ruhig und privat, die erste Buchung ist kostenlos, für jede weitere wird eine Gebühr erhoben – ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Die großen Fenster der Zimmer bieten Meerblick, sodass man die Gezeiten sowie Sonnenauf- und -untergänge beobachten kann, ohne das Zimmer verlassen zu müssen. Frühstück und Abendessen des Hotels sind ein absolutes Muss; die japanische Küche Hokkaidos, serviert auf exquisitem Geschirr, ist einfach himmlisch. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft am Flughafen an war der Hotelservice beeindruckend – außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Nachdem wir das private Bad benutzt hatten und in unser Zimmer zurückgekehrt waren, klopfte sogar ein Mitarbeiter an unsere Tür, um uns ein kleines Haargummi zurückzugeben, das wir im Badezimmer vergessen hatten. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Hakodate Kokusai Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for exploring Hakodate. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great selection, including fresh seafood, beef, and other meat dishes, offering something for everyone. The quality and variety made each morning a real treat. We also thoroughly enjoyed the onsen experience. It was clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Hakodate Kokusai Hotel offers a great combination of convenience, excellent dining, and relaxing facilities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakodate.

Es ist 14 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Yunokawa und 2 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle „Tropischer Botanischer Garten“ entfernt. Ich habe zwei Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht. Die heißen Quellen befinden sich sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Nach dem Bad genoss ich im Erdgeschoss Sekt, Softeis und Heißgetränke (Kaffee, Cappuccino, Café Latte und Matcha Latte). Das Softeis war cremig und sehr zu empfehlen! Da es nur wenige Zimmer gibt, war es ruhig und ich konnte gut schlafen. Mein Zimmer im westlichen Stil mit zwei Einzelbetten hatte keine Kleiderbügel. Falls Sie einen benötigen, empfehle ich Ihnen, einen mitzubringen! Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war an beiden Tagen identisch. Das Essen war durchschnittlich, aber nicht besonders lecker. Ich habe mir eine eigene Meeresfrüchte-Bowl zusammengestellt. Mir persönlich hat der Mandeltofu gut geschmeckt. Das Hakodate-Ramen, das in der Nähe des Gasthauses Ichimonji-Ramen hieß, war köstlich.

お宿のスタッフの方々の対応か温かく、かつ節度があり、とても心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。 禁煙可能なお部屋が多い中、喫煙者である同伴者は大変喜んでおりました。 加えて、部屋に残るニオイの対応もしっかりとされており、心地よく過ごす事が出来ると思います。 肝心の温泉ですが、源泉のパワーを頂く事が出来る 大満足の温泉です！ 又、入りたいと思っております♪
