Thermenhotels in Hakodate

This was an unforgettable experience! I stayed here for 2 nights and felt like I received an authentic Japanese ryokan experience, the breakfast was exceptional, the onsen was delightful & the staff were polite and helpful

All I can say is your whole package is excellent. I enjoyed your services and amenities very much. Staff working at Front desk, F&B and housekeeping are really dedicated to their job duties. They are really professional and helpful. Shall give them a credit 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. The idea of Local Rhythm Night is unexpectedly great. This activity is quite new and unique. Should thank to the hotel management introducing this idea. The round free bus is also perfect for travelers. I hope you will consider to fix this service in a regular basis. I can’t wait to try another hotel operated by your group.

At one glance, the room looks clean. But when open the cabinet and so on, it was very dusty. The room is big though with splitting into sleeping area, living area and bath area. The onsen in the room serve well that you can go in anytime you like. There is a Ramen shop nearby the hotel which within 5 mins walking distance and there is Lawson opposite the Ramen shop. Location is good and there is free parking just right outside the hotel. Breakfast is good varieties as well.

The staff doesn't try to hide the unequal service offered to foreign guests compared to that of the locals. No staff member offered to help us with our luggage. The rooms have poor sound isolation and you can hear your neighbours and the room above very clearly, particularly foot steps, which make sleeping difficult.

The lovely old gentleman serving as at night was one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever met. We originally planned to arrive at the property in the afternoon. However, our flight was cancelled and we had to seek alternative, delaying our arrival time until 23:00. When we arrive, we thought we will be self-checking in. But as we step inside the property from a heavy snow, we saw this kind gentleman waiting for us right at the door. He greeted us, helped us check in, and explained everything clearly. He offered us free flow free drinks and free ice cream (which was also very tasty) When we wanted to have some late night snacks bought from a convenient store, he also helped us reheat the food. Everything else was great as well! The room was comfortable, the breakfast was yummy, and it’s so nice to have a hot spring after out in the cold for the entire day.
