Hotels in Hakodate mit Frühstück

Location wise it was great. Hotel was connected to Hakodate station so transportation access was unbeatable. However I developed rashes all over my body after first night. Hotel did responded accordingly and gave us a new room the next day. However the irritation and rash worsen so I am suspecting that it was actually allergic reaction to the linens because I can only fall asleep after covering all my skin with jacket and long pants. My sister had no issues. We did not go to the public bath.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All I can say is your whole package is excellent. I enjoyed your services and amenities very much. Staff working at Front desk, F&B and housekeeping are really dedicated to their job duties. They are really professional and helpful. Shall give them a credit 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. The idea of Local Rhythm Night is unexpectedly great. This activity is quite new and unique. Should thank to the hotel management introducing this idea. The round free bus is also perfect for travelers. I hope you will consider to fix this service in a regular basis. I can’t wait to try another hotel operated by your group.

The staff doesn't try to hide the unequal service offered to foreign guests compared to that of the locals. No staff member offered to help us with our luggage. The rooms have poor sound isolation and you can hear your neighbours and the room above very clearly, particularly foot steps, which make sleeping difficult.

They will kind enough to let me change and upgraded me to a non smoking room. (I booked without knowing that I booked a smoking room). They may not fully understand English but their try their very best to help you. Good attitude! Thank you very much!

Parking is easy to access and there are still plenty of car parks even if you arrive later in the evening, which we did. Lobby area provides free flow welcome drinks from the soda machine, which is quite a pleasant surprise. The room layout that we had was very odd, not something we would have picked if we had known. The queen sized bed was placed in the middle of the room, facing the windows. Behind the bed post was a small area with arm chairs and an additional TV. The design intention probably was to create a lounging area away from the sleeping area but it’s a neither here nor there kind of space. The pillows provided were very small, more suitable for children than adults. I have attached a photo of the pillows. It’s the most uncomfortable pillows we ever had throughout our travel in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located, literally about 5 minutes from the station, which is great if you are travelling with luggage. The room had the basic essentials, and the area is surrounded by many restaurants. However, for the price, I expected more. The room for two people was extremely small: basically just a bed, a very narrow table with almost no usable space, one chair, and a fridge. The space under the bed for suitcases is a smart idea, but it does not really solve the problem, as there is simply nowhere comfortable to sit or spend time in the room. Another thing I found strange was that there was a Bible and The Book of Mormon in the room. At first, I thought previous guests had left them behind, so I went downstairs to ask, and was told that this was official hotel literature. I found this confusing and unnecessary. A charger was also provided, but it was not clearly marked as a hotel item, so at first I thought it had been left behind by another guest and that the room had not been cleaned properly. The hotel provides various disposable amenities, but surprisingly there were no toothbrushes. Overall, the experience was not great. The location is convenient, but the room size, check-in experience, and some strange details made the stay disappointing.
