我地今次入住珠海湯悅溫泉汗蒸館既酒店客房。 喺Trip. 訂購酒店房間套餐，包2位成人門票可自由多次進出會所玩乾蒸濕蒸桑拿。 今次訂購左客房，雙人床，有落地玻璃窗。房內有小廁所，馬桶沖水狀況良好，唔會塞，冇坑渠味。乾淨衛生，感覺良好，居住3日2夜也很舒服。惟一美中不足的是，客房沒有獨立的沖涼設備，要返回女賓公共浴室梳洗。 女賓公共浴室設有30多個開放式毫無遮掩的花灑沖涼位，1個濕蒸桑拿室，2種水溫泡池。另有自選附費既助浴（搓澡）。 沒有職員嚴格執行，要求剛到埗的女賓先前往沐浴，才給汗蒸服她們更換。另外，女賓要**進入在泡浴池，**接觸到泡池石櫈，極不衛生及容易造成交义感染，請酒店方必須嚴格要求女賓先行沐浴及穿著全新的一次性綿質內褲，方准享用泡池及濕蒸桑拿房。 另外本人在這次光顧時，職員竟容許1位母親帶著5-6歲的男童一起進入女賓淋浴區域及進入泡池中，令我十分不安，立即離開。 另外，濫收費用及重複收取本人的浴資券及過夜費用。本人於辦理入住酒店客房前，已向職員表示已經在攜程網購了酒店客房1晚（套票包括2位成人浴票，及免收過夜費用）。 本人於第2天臨時決定再另外購買多1天酒店客房。卻被告知需要支付房價$299,另外加購2位成人浴資券及另計過夜費。本人當時表示ok的。 當本人於第3天去辦理結賬時，發現職員重覆額外多收了我們1晚客房+2位成人浴資券+過夜費。即本人在前後支了合共3晚的酒店房費+3次雙人浴資券+3次雙人過夜費。 一番討論，酒店才承認是他們弄錯了我們的消費及賬單，自動減免那我早已在攜程網付款購買了那第一晚的酒店房價及雙人浴資券及雙人過夜費，即是他們借故額外多收了我接近600元的金額。 請各位在結賬時小心留意賬單的金額是否正確！

Sie können kleine Tiere küssen. Bis auf Ziegen ist der Geruch nicht stark. Ich mag es sehr! 👍 + Die geheimnisvolle Insel und das stromlose Königreich eignen sich auf jeden Fall für eine Gruppe von Kindern, die drei Tage und zwei Nächte lang nicht genug davon bekommen können! 👍 +Es gibt Überraschungen bei Theateraufführungen! 👍 +Die Parkumgebung ist sehr weitläufig, es gibt jedoch kostenlose Shuttlebusse zu allen wichtigen Einrichtungen (ungefähr alle zehn Minuten) 👍 -Das Essen ist dürftig, mit wenig Auswahl, hohen Preisen und schlechtem Geschmack👎 (Frühstück ist normal) -Das Hotel selbst ist nicht so toll, die Zimmer sind etwas alt und etwas schimmelig. Ich bin vor einiger Zeit in Zhuhai zur Arbeit gegangen und habe dort das erste Zhenlin Hotel in Zhuhai kennengelernt, das Wellness und Urlaub integriert. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass ich am nächsten Tag ein absoluter „Zhenlin-Fan“ war. Ich weiß nicht, wie viele. Es ist definitiv eine ungewöhnliche Erfahrung für jemanden wie mich, in eine Stadt zu gehen, um ein Resort zu besuchen und einen Urlaub in Zhenlin zu verbringen. Nachdem Sie im Zhenlin eingecheckt und das Zimmer betreten haben, unterscheidet sich die Farbgestaltung des Zimmers vom traditionellen Hotel, sodass Sie bei jedem Besuch ein anderes neues Gefühl haben werden. Selbst die kleinsten Standardzimmer des Zhenlin Park Hotels sind fast 50 Quadratmeter groß. Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

3D2N Kurz bleiben in diesem Hotel mit zwei Kindern. Das Rezeptionpersonal ist nett und hilfreich, erklären Sie sich geduldig die Hoteleinrichtungen und die Malls. Besonders dank der Mitarbeiter Aurora, sie ist nett und freundlich! Lage ist 30-45 min vom HZM-Punkt, je nach Verkehrsfluss. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Schwimmbad, im Innen- und Außenbereich, sind für Kinder am besten und das Personal ist auch schön. Das Mall ist unter dem Hotel und so viele Optionen von Restaurants und Spielzimmern/Spieleinrichtungen für Kinder. Wäre sicher zurück!

The Deluxe Mountain View Twin Room (913) is an excellent choice. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay. The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy. The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

I make a reservation on 30/1/24 to 31/1/24. Very nice and Impressive tour on my whole trip. Specially thanks to the front desk staffs, they all very kind and introduce the nearby scenic spots to me. The hotel has a high cost performance ratio, The room is big enough for us to rest. Accessories all clean and tidy, About the bathroom has music background for us to relax while taking shower. At last, it is very kind of the staff accept me to delay check out Jiexia Village 接霞庄 is a nice place to visit, thanks their recommendation. Das Meeresgebiet liegt ganz in der Nähe des Ocean Kingdom, 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Die allgemeine Umgebung ist gut und in der Lobby interagieren jeden Tag Maskottchen. Außerdem erhalten Sie bei einem Aufenthalt im Hotel einen Rabatt von 15 % auf Souvenirs und können eine Stunde lang vorrangig in das Ocean Kingdom eintreten, müssen jedoch die Option für mehrfachen Eintritt des Hotels erwerben. Es gibt auch einen Kinderspielplatz im Hotel. Der halbe Preis beträgt 30 RMB, darin ist ein Paar rutschfeste Socken enthalten, was in Ordnung ist. Die Kinder werden drinnen beaufsichtigt, was sehr gut ist.
