Wellnesshotels in Zhuhai

Ich hatte einen sehr komfortabelen Aufenthalt in Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay, und ich muss den Front Desk Service loben. Das Personal war während der Eincheckung geduldig, freundlich und freundlich. Sie beantworteten alle meine Fragen sorgfältig und führten die Hoteleinrichtungen und die nebenan gelegenen Attraktionen freiwillig ein. Der Eincheckungsprozess war reibungslos und effizient. Die Zimmer und das Meer waren großartig und die Umgebung war ruhig und entspannt. Der bedenkliche Service vom Vorderbüro hinterließ einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ich würde sicher wählen, hier wieder zu bleiben, wenn ich nach Zhuhai komme.

Alles in diesem Hotel war gut! Die Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Damen beim Einchecken. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Pool war geschlossen. Wir hatten ein Executive-Zimmer gebucht, das als das beste Zimmer gilt. Zuerst wollte man uns für unser 7-jähriges Kind (10 cm groß) extra berechnen. Das lag über dem Höchstpreis von 120 Euro, wurde uns aber erlassen.

Ich kam während des Qingming-Festivals nach Zhuhai. Nachdem ich lange nach einem Hotel am Meer gesucht hatte, stellte ich fest, dass ich unter den vier Hotels die richtige Wahl getroffen hatte oder Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Zhuhai während des Urlaubs. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ist sehr geräumig und bietet eine gute Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Tangjiawan. Der weiße Sandstrand ist nicht weit entfernt. Jede Etage des Hotels hat einige kleine Details. Außerdem ist das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich nach Zhuhai komme.

For me, one of the top two or three hotels I have stayed at ever, definitely the best in (Mainland) China. It is indeed a bit pricy for China, especially for outside Shanghai and Beijing, as you pay minimum 3200 RMB. However, I think you get great value overall, even though the island (Dong'Ao) also has other options that are more affordable. This is actually my first time staying in an Alila hotel, and now I see it has a focus on wellness, eco-tourism, and unique experiences. Dong'Ao offers a great environment for this ethos because it is a small but well preserved island that is small enough to get around by shuttle in under half an hour. The hotel itself is on a cliff, so you get a great view of the sea and the surrounding islands, especially on a clear day (and I do suggest checking the ewather before booking). Then, the hotel also offers a variety of paid and free activities. The ”welcome ceremony” is not very special as its baiscally just a free drink, however, they do offer a tour of the island in a shuttle which I think is good to take some photos and stuff. They also have free yoga and meditation sessions, which fits the ”wellness” vibe well, along with the island setting. Service is also great. Staff members Colin/Brian and many others were very attentive and answered various questions and requests promptly. Ther e are only two restaurnats on the property,but they are both pretty good, especially the Chinese restaurant (hoitong), great views as well and reasoanbly priced. I have some advice for international travelers: to get to Dong'Ao, the fastest way is to go by ferry from Hengqin, which is a part of Zhuhai but is very close to Macao (Taipa). The ferry terminal in Hengqin is only five or so minutes from the border with Macao. Thus, what you can do is either fly into Macao directly or go into HK and then take a free airport bus to Macao, and then take a casino shuttle to the Hengqin border. From there, you cross over into China, then you call a taxi to take you to the Hengqin passenger terminal. All in all it shouldn't take more than an hour from Macao to the port, then its another 40-50 minutes to Dong'Ao. You should use the Trip.com website or app to make the ferry bookings, as the hotel will not do it for you., though they do arrange for transportation from the Dong'ao terminal to the hotel (which is only five minutes). To me, this hotel or Dong'ao island in geeneral is way more worthwhile than other parts of Zhuhai which are kind of a letdown in my view tourism-wise. But Dong'ao is truly unique, there were plenty of Hong Kong tourists at the hotel which goes to show you that it has a growing reputation in HK as well. TO me its even better than Sanya (Hainan) even though it has only one beach if you want a resort experience with amazing architecture and photo oportunities, infinity pool, etc.

Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick im VIP-Gebäude bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist groß und man kann die Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao-Brücke sehen. Da mein Kind während meines Aufenthalts Geburtstag hatte, haben sie Geburtstagsdekorationen gemacht und mir einen Kuchen geschenkt. Die Umgebung war sehr gut und der Service war sehr pünktlich. Was die Lage betrifft, können Sie die Sightseeing-Bushaltestelle erreichen, indem Sie ein paar Schritte die Treppe hinuntergehen. In der Nähe gibt es auch viele leckere Gerichte. Es ist ein sehr schönes Aufenthaltserlebnis. Obwohl ich im Chimelong Hotel übernachtet habe, als ich nach Chimelong ging, hat dieses Hotel auch einen Chimelong-Shuttlebus, was sehr praktisch ist.

Wow, was für ein Resort! Das Frühstücksbuffet, die Abendbuffets, die heißen Quellen, die Massagen, das Personal, die Zimmer – einfach alles war wunderbar! Das Personal hat mich als China-Neuling herzlich willkommen geheißen, das Abendbuffet war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis – inklusive Unterhaltungsprogramm – und auch die Tagesattraktionen waren großartig! Exzellente Küche und ein wunderbares Team sorgten für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Besuchen Sie unbedingt den nahegelegenen Jintai-Tempel! Er ist etwa 6 km entfernt und einfach wunderschön. Ein großes Dankeschön an Vivian an der Rezeption, Pidelo (ich hoffe, ich schreibe den Namen richtig) aus dem Management, Alex an der Bar, den fantastischen französischen Koch beim Frühstück und alle anderen Mitarbeiter, die sich während meines Aufenthalts so außergewöhnlich engagiert haben.

Die Einrichtungen sind gut für alle Altersgruppen, sehr interessant für die kantonische Songshow. Allerdings kann der Kundenservice für die Nacht verbessert werden, da meine Mutter schläft und fiel in der Nacht, wir möchten Kontaktpersonen erhalten das Eis für kalte Kompressor, aber keine Nachtwechsel Kundenservice Mitarbeiter und kein Eis war verfügbar

Stayed here mainly because it’s near Gongbei Port — super convenient location. Got a free upgrade to a room with window, which was a nice surprise. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Downside — soundproofing not great, can hear quite a bit of noise. Room cleanliness could be better. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Overall okay if you just need convenience.

Enjoy very much the stay. Great hotel, clean and value for money. Our package includes breakfast as well as 6 hours spa, games & unlimited drinks and fruits at the spa centre opposite.
