SsheilakV8870ACThe beds are comfortable I slept in my Journey. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. We enjoyed our at this very very. We actually stayed extra because of how nice the place was. Thank you to all their staff, especially BJ made us feel like we were family. Thank you all and I wish them all the best here.

I don't normally write reviews but after what my family went through I would never want another family to go through this awful experience. The rooms are dirty. Our first room had dirty floors,massive large holes in the curtains and door had large gap's going around it where you could see the outside totally not secure and bugs/ fleas were biting my legs. We only had 1 towel when I called to ask for extra.We where small family of four I was told they had no more. Front attention was rude. After hours they finally moved us to different room only to find this one had mold and water damage on curtains and used dirty towels in the bathroom. Atleast no bugs nothing was biting me. Breakfast in morning was warm bottles of orange or apple juice and cereals bars and muffins that look like they had mold on them. Pool was OK but water was very cloud. The walkways had very large areas of broken walkways made it hazard to walk with small kids.We paid $110 for the night. This hotel was terrible...
