Hostels in Hualien

Sehr gute Lage, man kann es mit einem kleinen Rabatt mieten, und es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Da ich zu KTV gegangen bin, war es schade, dass ich nicht spät dran war Nachtsnack. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass das Abflussloch der Toilette einen unangenehmen Geruch verströmt, da ich im Erdgeschoss des zweiten Stocks wohne. Insgesamt ist es sehr gut. . Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hualien komme, werde ich mich auf jeden Fall wieder für Kangqiao entscheiden.

Sie bieten auch nach Abreise kostenlose Transfers nach Hualien Bahnhof an. Danke für den Shuttleservice sonst brauche ich ein Taxi. Durch die zusätzlichen Meilen, sie boten an, meine Mutter und mich zum Bushalte in der Nähe zu schicken, um nach Xincheng alte Straße zu gehen. Jedes Personalmitglied ist freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Das Meerblickzimmer ist ausgezeichnet und wir genossen das Sound der Wellen aus unserem Bett! Das Zimmer ist sauber und hell beleuchtet. Frühstückssorte ist gut. Sie haben auch Fahrrad für Hotelgäste! Es gibt einen Komfortladen (Family Mart) in der Nähe, auch wenige Restaurants, aber am Dienstag meistens geschlossen. Insgesamt hatte ich einen großen Aufenthalt und werde sicher zurückkehren, wenn ich wieder nach Hualien komme.

Extremely close to Hualien railway and bus stations where you can take the bus to Taroko for hiking. Just need less than 3 mins walk. The hostel provides simple breakfast with instant coffee and tea at 8am and given the convenience of guests bath and toilet and hair dryer both inside and outside the bunks. Bed is comfortable with shade for privacy and locker to secure the valuables. It is the most affordable hostel in Taiwan that I stayed so far and the place is clean and comfortable

A Scenic Stay with a Convenient Catch My stay at Hotelday Hualien was a bit of a mixed bag. It has some genuinely charming touches and a great view, but its location and certain amenities require some adjustment. Location & Transportation: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hualien Train Station, which is fantastic if you're arriving by rail. However, I soon realized that the train station is not the city center. The main downtown area is a significant distance away—about a 40-minute walk. This means you'll either need to plan for long walks or rely on taxis and buses to get to the main dining and night market areas. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of. The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic. Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility. On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch. The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future. Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers. The thoughtful service, like the ice delivery and the ”postcard to your future self” program, adds a warm, personal touch. However, the distance from the city center and the very basic gym are drawbacks. It's a solid choice for a comfortable night's sleep near the station, especially if you appreciate sentimental gestures, but be prepared for the travel time to the main attractions.

Great experiance at The moment by lakeshore! The kids were thrilled by the bunk beds with curtains and privet hangers and lights 😅 It's a complex of buildings by lakeshore, we had a room with amazing mountains and gardens view. The auto check in station was simple to understand and operate, and suitable for us, since we arrived quite late. The room design is very cool, everything worked, good water pressure. The shower is separated from the toilet, so it's comfy for friends staying together. For us as a family it didn't matter. Everything in the minibar was included in the room price, and I tried the cold brew teas, they were excellent! The breakfast was served in the hotel building next to our hotel, from the same owner. Great buffet, large variety and even marked for allergies! The hotel has a parking area close by, and it's about 10 minutes drive to Taroko visitors center. All in all, I recommend this hotel for short stays, if you are with 3 or 4 kids take the bunk beds room for 6, we really enjoyed it.

Ich hatte einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Die nahegelegene Polizeistation gab mir ein sicheres Gefühl. Die Badewanne war ideal zum Entspannen und um meine Muskeln zu lockern! Die Beleuchtung war angenehm hell, und es gab sogar Kekse. Getränke, Kaffeepäckchen und Teebeutel wurden bereitgestellt – sehr aufmerksam! Der Föhn funktionierte auch einwandfrei! Ich war sehr zufrieden! Wenn ich nach Hualien komme, ist „Xiangcheng“ meine erste Wahl. Nur Lob!

Ich habe zwei Tage in einem Vierbettzimmer verbracht. Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Falls kein Parkplatz frei ist, helfen sie sogar, ihren Firmenwagen umzuparken, damit man parken kann. Gegenüber befindet sich ein 7-Eleven und in der Nähe ein PX Mart. In der Zhongmei-Straße gibt es viele gute Restaurants, die Lage ist also sehr praktisch. Wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es der recht kleine Pool auf dem Dach; er ist mit vier Personen gerade mal voll. Tagsüber ist es dort sehr heiß, und er ist nur bis ca. 21 Uhr geöffnet. Das Frühstück im Erdgeschoss bietet einige leckere Spezialitäten, aber aus irgendeinem Grund kühlt die Klimaanlage dort nicht ausreichend, sodass das Essen etwas warm war. Insgesamt war es aber sehr gut.

Vom Busbahnhof vor dem Bahnhof Hualien nehmen Sie den Bus Nr. 301 und steigen an der Haltestelle „Hualien Cultural and Creative Park“ aus. Das Hotel ist von dort aus in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Diese Bushaltestelle wird auch von praktischen Sightseeing-Routen wie der Taroko-Linie des Taiwan Tourist Shuttle angefahren und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Busreisen. Die Dame an der Rezeption spricht fließend Japanisch und ist sehr freundlich. Ich bekam ein besseres Zimmer als ursprünglich gebucht, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Der Blick aus dem Fenster im 5. Stock auf die Straße war herrlich. Dusche und WC sind kombiniert, die Duschtemperatur war konstant und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wasserspender mit heißem und kaltem Wasser. Die Eingangstür ist eine Doppeltür; sie sieht aus wie eine normale Tür, ist aber tatsächlich eine automatische Tür. Man könnte versucht sein, sie manuell zu öffnen oder zu schließen, aber sie öffnet und schließt automatisch per Knopfdruck. Die Tür wird nach 22:00 Uhr verschlossen. Sie benötigen daher den Anhänger an Ihrem Zimmerschlüssel, um sie zu öffnen. Der berühmte Dongdaemun-Nachtmarkt ist etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Straße der indigenen Bevölkerung innerhalb des Nachtmarktes ist einzigartig und einen Besuch wert.

Hotel staff: half of them were quite friendly, the other half was either not that friendly or not very experienced. I had an issue with the room with loud ac noise and they finally helped me to switch rooms after complaining about it. The room itself is quite small, but the lobby is very nice and has free food and feels relaxing and modern. The location is not bad, surrounded with plenty of food and walkable to train station.

Komfortabel und sauber Die Klimaanlage ist sehr kühl – sehr gut Im Erdgeschoss gibt es viele Restaurants. Gegenüber befindet sich auch das Far Eastern Kaufhaus. Es ist recht praktisch. Die Schallisolierung ist jedoch etwas schlecht. Die Nachbarn unterhielten sich mitten in der Nacht, und der Lärm wurde von den Nachbarn gehört. Mitten in der Nacht war niemand an der Theke, und ich konnte niemanden finden, der mir helfen konnte.
