Nach stundenlanger Arbeit wollte man üblich im Hotel schlafen; allerdings war kein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Ich rief eine Reservation Hotline an, die dort an der Pforte angegeben war: 1.Überaus unfreundlicher mit lautem Ton sprechender Mitarbeiter 2. Vorwurf mir gegenüber, dass es keine Zimmerreservierung von mir gäbe 3. Überaus nicht geeignet (meines Erachtens) am Kundenservice Telefonhotlinw zu sitzen mit relativ schlechtem Englisch 4. Man wurde angeschrien als ob man die ihn an der Hotline störe. Nach einiger Zeit kam ein relativ gelassener Receptionist, dem ich darüber berichtete, dem das überhaupt nicht interessierte. Abends nach 23Uhr waren überaus unzivilisierte Hotelgäste in 605, die sich mit den Hotelregeln und vor allem Hker Nachtruheregelungen nicht auskannten u rumschreien und Türen mehrere Male zuhauten. Es kommt immer darauf an, wer Schichtdienst hat und welche Hotelgäste man in diesem Hotel vorfindet.

My hotel experience was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view. The staff were courteous and helpful, making me feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The front desk staff was very rude, not someone that should be working in the hospitality industry. And she had someone to knock on my door because I haven't check out for 1 minute 🤦. Pass 2 week I have been staying there and checked out on time. You don't have to be like that just because I was a minute late.

No tooth brush tooth paste. There was some loud music in the morning for several minutes, and car honking noise.

The service was great and the location was amazing to explore South Hong Kong Island. Nonetheless, for a couple it is too tight as a room to even more two at the same time through the corridors. Therefore, this place is more recommended for solo travellers as the bed will be more comfortable (also the couples' bed is only two single beds put together, therefore do not buy into this "trick). The AC did not allow regulation, however if you like freezing cold (when on) or room temperature (when off) be my guest. 500 deposit required at the entrance for any extent of stay at the residence. Despite the small setbacks in the bed, size and AC, the location is great, around great local food spots with emphasis on fish and other seafood, as well as markets (1F hidden gems), boat trips to Aberdeen, almost a part of the MTR building itself and allowed to leave luggage at the entrance even after check-out (until 18:00) for walking around hassle-free. Would not return overall in conclusion.

Super tiny room, almost no extra space for luggage. It’s pretty terrible. But I think it’s suitable for those who only stay for a night and spend a whole day for shoppjng

The hotal is near the mtr station, hygiene is fine and the room small, but the pirce is very worthy

The room is tiny even for one person. Fortunately, we are still fit enough to get in the toilet without difficulty . It is better than shared room hostel But don’t expect too much. If you have a luggage with you, you may consider reserving a more superior room. Water supply is ok but it takes a while for hot water.

Simple room with air conditioner and water heater. Next to MTR exit.
