Die Lage ist perfekt! Nur wenige Schritte von MTR und Bushaltestellen entfernt! Unser Zimmer hat keine Aussicht, so traurig. Die Decke im Flur ist baufällig, das Hotel ist ziemlich alt ...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️location = very near MTR, Bus, shop, supermarket, restaurant, atm, banking etc.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️cleanliness = very nice housekeeper with full service mind
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service = 24 hr of front desk in 1st floor (no water/ no hot water/ no toilet)
⭐️⭐️⭐️ amenities = everything is small & narrow (lift/ bed/ bathroom), no water, no refrigerator
one day I came back to the hotel at the same time with group of tour, so long waiting of getting lift. Too many people and also their luggages can get in the lift only 2-3 persons per lift🤣

Location is good as it is only a few steps from MTR Yau Ma Tei station Exit C. Also it is near shops and convenience stores.
Room is old and small. Bed is ok. Bathroom is really tight as shower head is on top of toilet seat.

Considering that hotels in HK are LITERALLY SMALL, CASA Hotel's room sizes are 110 sqft which is 20 to 30% larger than common hotels which only have 68 to 86 sqft. The location is great, it's along nathan road, you'll never get lost. Also near in Yaw Ma Tei MTR station exit C. 7-11 is just at the side of hotel. The hotel maybe old and were given some negative feedbacks from other travelers, imo I still give them positive feedbacks for maintaining the cleanliness and good services of the hotel. Overall all, it was a great experience. Best value 3 star hotel.

You will need to pay $300 as deposit. If you check.out even 1 mins late, they will deduct all your deposit. Besides, if there is a bit dirty on the sheets even very minor, they charge you $80 for cleaning.
