There’s a fully equipped communal kitchen, a state-of-the-art gym, and a living room with comfortable couches and huge windows to let in plenty of light. Hold meetings or host events in the lounge. Do your laundry without leaving the building. Enjoy BBQ at the outdoor terrace. We even make it easy to study or work from home with our extensive workspaces. For true peace of mind, our human and CCTV security are always on duty.
A short walk to Sung Wong Toi MTR station on the Tuen Ma Line provides commuting convenience for these 99 homes to the west of Hong Kong’s old Kai Tak Airport site. What’s more, this MTR station is part of the new Sha Tin to Central Link development.
