Full Size bed and sofa / bed.Very short walk (100 Yards) to shops, restaurants, French bakery, bike and scooter rentals as well as area attractions. The beach is also a short 10 minute drive to either Vilano beach or St. Anastasia State Park.This is a great location to park the car and not drive again until you leave. The apartment has all that you need. The bedroom has a comfortable full size bed. The bathroom is equipped for either a shower or a bath. Our living area has a couch that also serves as a fold down bed. The dining area sits in a bright and sunny corner of the apartment, perfect to sit and enjoy coffee from the Keurig brewer in the kitchen. The kitchen is a very inviting and happy room that has all the necessities for meals at home or just a simple cup of coffee. You will find the apartment to be very clean, safe, smoke free and comfortable. The apartment is located in the eclectic uptown area of St. Augustine. This area is best known for its unique antique shops and is also referred to as the antique district. There are many large Victorian style homes to small, quaint cottages. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the Castillo Fort, bay front and the rest of historic St. Augustine.Walking, bike, scooter, taxi, Sunshine Bus Company.Two Bikes are included for exploring. Off street parking available.Washer and dryer (coin-op)This is your vacation. We are available for help or restaurant and attraction advice, but otherwise we will let you discover St. Augustine.
