Your Hayward adventure begins at this four-season, waterfront cabin, which features a cozy interior with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, upper loft and spacious family rooms overlooking beautiful Grindstone Lake in Hayward, WI. Nestled in a serene location, this property offers a wonderful escape for guests. When you step outside, you will be amazed at the peace and quiet and natural beauty. Keep an eye out for majestic bald eagles soaring above the lake with loons, geese, and ducks swimming offshore. The large upper deck near the front door has cozy seating with tables. Walk from the lower-level walk-out to the large patio; from there you can head to the newly installed firepit area to enjoy the view of the lake or watch the sunrise with your morning coffee; or head down the stairs to the 68-foot dock. Grindstone Lake is one of the area's best fishing lakes. The public boat landing is only 1/4 mile from the Eagles' Loft. Bring your own boat or rent a pontoon from one of the nearby marinas. On a sunny afternoon, you'll see boats anchored and swimmers cooling off in the water. Although there are jet skis, water skiers and tubers, the lake is relatively quiet. Explore the 3,176-acre lake with the (4) kayaks provided with your rental. You will be amazed by the incredible views of the lake! This lake front home is approximately 12 miles south of the city of Hayward. It's about 140 miles northeast of the Twin Cities Metro Area. The Hatchery Creek Trailhead (Birkie Trail and CAMBA mountain bike trail) access is also approximately 12 miles from the cabin. There is a casino nearby as well as several wineries. Parking--you can park up to 4 cars as well as one boat trailer at the cabin. Sorry, we do not allow camping in RVs on the property or tents. Open seating area with couch, recliner, gas fireplace and new flat screen tv with Apple TV and Charter WIFI. Two bedrooms with full size beds and one bath with walk in shower. Great place to relax and unwind with a long walk in our wooded neighborhood, sip a wine by the bonfire or spend the day on the lake. Close to the endless ATV/UTV, boat and snowmobile trails or shopping in near by Hayward or Stone Lake.Two bedrooms , one with new queen bed and 2nd with a full size bed that are comfortable for a couple or 1 single adult in each. New sofa that can sleep 1, and new queen blow up bed that can inflate in less than five minutes. This fits in the living room and has all bedding for your use. Bathroom pantry stocked with lots of towels and bathroom needs in case you forget anything or need a quick snack before heading out for your day. Large area to park trailers, and bon fire area with wood all ready to go.
