Pphilp867Casa Do Conto If you enjoy the finer things in life, have style and appreciate the best customer service and a personal approach this hotel is for you. The styling of the interior in this hotel is just breathtaking and in my opinion I think it would be difficult for anyone to disagree. The furniture in the breakfast area and the lounge, as well as the bedrooms is worthy of a Centre spread in a home magazine. Sometimes I didn’t want to leave to enjoy the City. Breakfast is amazing at Casa Do Conto. Simple, elegant but plentiful and all presented like it was fit for a King. The staff will happily cook your eggs exactly as you wish to order and mine tasted great everyday. Homemade ‘daily’ changeable items made each breakfast that little bit different and exciting. The staff. Well. They really do bring Casa Do Conto alive. Everyone working here is so lovely and helpful and they really did make us feel special. Super helpful with local knowledge and recommendations and always with a genuine smile. Other reports say a Nespresso machine would be good in the room and I agree but I did notice one in the lounge too and to be honest it made me get down into the beautiful room with the very tasteful music playing at breakfast that little bit earlier. Location we thought was perfect. Out of the hustle and bustle but a short enough walk to the Centre. We tried to mix up the walk to and from the hotel by taking different routes. And finally. The Sister hotel ‘Tipografia Do Conto’ that you have access to is just as wonderful. Bit more hip with a bar but a must see if you stay here. Even to be nosey. We had a few drinks late evening in the garden and was most pleasurable. Staff equally good as Conto. I could live in Casa Do Conto

Location was perfect, far enough away from the busy city centre but still convenient for cool bars, restaurants etc. Our room was perfect, beautiful decor, very comfortable bed and private access to the gorgeous garden. Staff couldn't be more helpful with advice of where to visit in and around Porto. Sara in particular was delightful - so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made the most delicious omelettes in the morning! The restaurant food was amazing, we ate there twice during our stay for dinner. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Porto.

GGuest UserSie waren vor meiner Ankunft auf meine E-Mails antworten. Mein Flug wurde in Porto verzögert und kam um 1 Uhr, als ich bei der Ankunft wartete ein Personal (24 Empfang). Ich würde sagen, das Zimmer war für mich genug, es wurden essenzielle Dinge wie Shampoo bereitgestellt, und Körperwasch. Das Zimmer ist jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Hotel ist ziemlich ein Spaziergang von der alten Stadt jedoch (20-30mins), und das Rückfahren ist ein wirklich scharfes Hügel, so würde ich empfehlen, komfortable Schuhe zu tragen, wenn Sie zu/von dem Hotel gehen. Obwohl es eine Busshalte in der Nähe und Ubers relativ günstig. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber es ist nicht so heiß, aber Sie erhalten Ihr Brot, Obst, Joghurt (kontinentales Frühstück). Das Personal war sehr hilfreich während meines Aufenthalts- sehr gründlich!! Ich würde hier nochmals buchen, um zu bleiben, wenn ich in Porto wäre.

GGastnutzerObwohl sie auf der Buchung sagen, dass der Eincheck am Nachmittag erfolgt. Wir haben am Morgen um 8 Uhr angerufen und die Frau, die uns antwortete, auch wenn sie nicht Italienisch oder Englisch sprach, ein wenig Spanisch wusste. So haben wir uns einverstanden und machte den Eingang morgens nach einer Stunde. Bei Ankunft im Hotel finden wir eine sehr süße alte Frau (die Frau, mit der wir telefonisch vereinbart haben ) und überrascht, als wir ins Zimmer gingen. Ein Upgrade von einem Zimmer mit Einzelbetten übereinander. Zu einem schönen Ehepaar auf der letzten Etage unter dem Dach. Das sehr saubere und ruhige Zimmer. Wir genossen uns eine verdiente Ruhe nach dem Spaziergang unter dem Regen. Beim Check-out die schöne Dame der Unterkunft um drei Uhr und bis zur Rezeption, um uns zu beglückwünschen. Sehr gut WiFi. Danke und bei der nächsten 🙏
