Only those listed on the reservation will be granted access.As this is a condominium, there are Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations in place. While short-term rentals are permitted, guests must adhere to all HOA rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, starting at $50, for disturbances such as excessive noise, glassware in the pool area, or inappropriate behavior.Each unit includes one parking space, available at the front gate or optional garage access.Pool hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, with quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Glassware is prohibited in the pool area, and one spa is designated for adults only.While our complex is centrally located in a tourist area, we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
