SsweetshoiraI had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space is beautifully designed with a contemporary look, making it both modern and cozy. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the functional amenities made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hot water supply was consistent, which was a big plus!
What truly made my experience special was the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the moderate morning breakfast was a lovely touch that added to the homely feel.
The location is another major highlight—it’s conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to access any part of the city. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring and getting around.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming stay. You’ll feel right at home here! I would definitely stay again and can’t thank the owner enough for such a pleasant experience.

GGastnutzerThe Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

GGayatri GallowayBang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street.
We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation:
No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design.
Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress
Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp.
I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

AAnastasiiaDie drei Sternen verdienen nur eine Dame an der Rezeption, die uns ein geräumigeres Zimmer gegeben hat als wir gebucht haben. Für Frühstück ist das Zimmer klein, kein Essen ist in der Zeit gefüllt (z.B. wenn der Saft ist über, trinken Sie Wasser oder andere, niemand bringt es). Probleme mit dem Aufzug. Und der ewige Lauf von einem Flügel zu einem anderen, mit dem unerschöpften Aufzug ist es nicht gut, wenn Sie mit dem Kind sind, und Sie müssen immer noch 10 Cent pro Tag dafür zahlen. Am letzten Tag wurde das Kind gefressen, dass sie ins Zimmer gedumpt wurde, obwohl sie in den Deck hinter dem inaktiven Aufzug gelangt. Wir werden nicht zurück sein.

LLizzi BrownThe B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

AAlanaEl hotel está en una ubicación perfecta vía Toledo, la habitación tenía unas vistas espectaculares a la calle.
La única cosa es que el check in se hace en una úbicacion diferente a la del hotel,pero si les envías un correo al hotel te dan la dirección donde tienes que hacer el check in.
