Laguna Reef has a 1000ft fishing pier for guests to fish off along with a pool for the summer (not heated) and a hot tub that is very popular to our Winter guests. You can fish right from your patio or at the water's edge. Boat parking is right behind the condo. You can walk directly off the patio to your boat. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside with doors shut.
