This is a one bedroom, one bath, ocean front condo in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach. It is a family condo unit with only 9 units. We are on the second floor and directly face the ocean! With the glass wall fronting the beach, you literally have a beautiful view of the ocean always available in the living room. The front room is combination living room, dining table, and fully stocked kitchen with dishes, appliances, pots and pans, utensils, etc. We also have a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. There is no elevator in the building. No pets are allowed. The location is less than 2-3 blocks within many restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, post office, ice cream parlors, gift shops, liquor store, and more. I love never having to get in the car again once I've arrived! Restaurants include seafood, pizza, delis, pancake houses, and more.If you want to go exploring, the shag capital of the world is 2 miles away in Ocean Drive. Our area has a Walmart, Publix, Outback, and too many others to name. Also, a large shopping outdoor mall. All these are on Hwy. 17 in our area. To go further exploring, Myrtle Beach itself is about a 20-25 minute drive. Anyone can find anything to do there!!The bedroom has two double beds, and one of those has a twin bed on top. Penthouse (11th floor) oceanfront end corner-unit located in The Oceans condo building means amazing panoramic views! There are two elevators in the building and an oceanfront pool with the most amazing view on the 4th floor. Location is stellar: close to grocery, restaurants, bars, mini golf, etc. Beach is wide and gorgeous here! This condo can sleep up to 9 people (8 adults and one baby). Fresh towels & linens included at no additional fee. One set of bathroom towels (1 bath, 1 hand, 1 washcloth) will be provided for each guest, per stay as well as all the bed linens. Those are included in the rental price!! The linens and towels are nice quality too, not thin rags! :)I love the views from every window of this condo. It is an end unit, so you have extra windows and that is great if you love natural light. The unit is very large compared to most oceanfront units. It is almost double the size of a typical 2 bedroom unit. That makes evening gatherings in the living room so much more comfortable for everyone.We are not located in a hotel, this is our personal condo. Because of this, like most Airbnbs, we cannot offer daily housekeeping. We are happy to provide starters of many items, but we do not provide all the toiletries, paper & plastic products, etc. for your entire trip. If you are not wanting to pack extras, there is a really nice full size grocery store right across the street! Listed below is what we do provide:What we provide for bathrooms: - Six sets of bathroom towels which includes washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. If you are bringing more than two cars, please let me know so I can get you an extra parking pass. If you have an oversized vehicle, it must be parked across the street in the parking lot. Motorcycles are not allowed in our building parking deck or across the street. There are two elevators that are accessible from the 1-3 floors.
