Super schönes Resort mit Privatstrand u kostenlosen Shuttlebus nach Hoi An. Haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, Anlage sehr gepflegt, wunderschöne Aussicht, beim Zimmer Riverside. Wir waren 5 Tage da u am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Der Strand sehr sauber u gar nicht überlaufen. Wasser perfekt zum Baden. Die Damen von der Rezeption sehr freundlich, höflich u hilfsbereit. Würden immer wieder Hoi An Beach Resort wählen, um zu entspannen u der Hektik der Städte zu entkommen.

Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Ausflug nach Hoi An machen möchten, kann ich es Ihnen auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Es gibt zwei Swimmingpools und das Meer und der Strand direkt am Fluss sind die besten Orte, um ruhig zu faulenzen. Es ist etwa 20 Minuten von Hoi An entfernt. Wenn Sie ein ruhiges Resort suchen, gehen Sie hierher. Im hinteren Teil gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Strandrestaurants. Davon gibt es viele. Dreimal am Tag gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle zur Hoi An-Bucht und Taxis sind leicht zu erreichen. Es ist etwa 40 Minuten vom Flughafen Da Nang entfernt.

We had a lovely stay here. Rooms excellent and family pool quiet and clean. Great location near river and beach. Staff were all really wonderful. Cam on.

Here are the pros and the cons Pro Location is amazing Room size is big In house dinning is cheap Cons The reception staff was a bit aggressive and seemed untrained. The gym was in a pathetic condition The hotel is a bit dated, both rooms were sad ! Conclusion Even if the place is old people can make it refreshing .. this hotels needs to train its staff to be more soft / less aggressive and make them understand we are not coming to a guest house - it’s a hotel !!

Das super freundliche und sehr professionelle Personal, das leckere Frühstück, das tolle und großzügige Zimmer sowie die gute Lage in der Nähe zu Hoi An. Die Spalte unterhalb der Eingangstür zum Zimmer ist etwas zu groß. Hierdurch können Mücken und kleiner Staub von draußen reingeweht werden. Es gibt aber ein sehr gutes Moskitonetz über den Betten und das Problem mit dem Spalt ist mit einem Handtuch einfach zu lösen. Ich würde jederzeit sofort wieder im Hoi An Beach Resort übernachten und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

this resort was fabulous...cant wait to book again....pools great....food great...shuttle bus into town great..private beach across road fab..service great...staff great...free bikes for around the resort or up the street..we had a deluxe room as i wanted a seperate shower not shower /bath and room bathroom where very spacious size...

A gem of a hotel. We have spent 22 nights here and would not hesitate to return. The location of the hotel is perfect with the river to one side and the beach on the other. We stayed in a deluxe river view room (111) and the room is ideal, good sized with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Duy is constantly watching to see if you need a coffee refill at breakfast and Hen and Phuc with their constant smiles and help. They are all very polite and friendly, too many to mention by all their names. My only disappointment was not being able to purchase a bed pillow from the hotel. It is the most comfortable pillow I had found and would have loved to take one home. But that is another plus for the hotel that their bed linen is very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here, and also recommend eating here on an evening as the restaurant food is exceptional and well priced.

We have just returned from this lovely place. The staff are lovely and helpful, and with a smile. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels. Our room was at the back with a fabulous view of F the river. The beach is lovely and it is across a road but it's never noisy and easy to cross. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The restaurant is good for evening dining though mostly we chose to dine out locally. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really can't fault any of the stay. If I were being over critical, it would be that our bathroom was a little 'tired'. Location is great between the river and sea, the road to cross to the beach isn't busy and it's mainly scooters so not too noisy or hard to cross. The beach, which was badly hit by a tornado is now looking quite good! The staff were brilliant, all of them, everyone was really friendly and happy to help.

Great hotel with great facilities and location just over the road from the beach. Staff were very helpful and tried hard to ensure we had a great holiday. Stayed for 6 nights. Ate at the hotel a few times and food was always good with a great choice at the buffet breakfast. We borrowed the hotels bikes to ride into HoiAn a few times which was very easy although very hot! Room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Would recommend.

We love coming here but this time unfortunately where left a little disappointed People where served drinks in glassware in the pool, including children who thought it was fun to throw the ice cream bowls glasses and spoons in the pool. Food was served in the pool and then spilt in the pool and then they washed their hands directly in the pool. The soa was broken A glass was broken( by one of the children) and not cleaned up properly The older staff who had been there for years were still fantastic as always and remembered us from our many many stays I would still recommend this place for convenience . friendly staff .position. but these little things need to be addressed in my humble opinion

The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and there's a good range of options. Both pools are lovely but we spent most time at the infinity pool. Our room was a second floor river view which was spacious. Tge bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a tub plus a shower and lovely complimentary toiletries. Theres a fridge and a safe in the wardrobes. The only thing that let it down slightly was that the staff didn't come around the pool to ask if you wanted anything from the menu and if you did order something then they were slow to clearing up, some empty cans were blowing about in the breeze.
