Hotel chosen for the second time during this year. As per last time confirmed that salon for breakfast appears to be too small for the number of guests in the hotel. Just one day and for some rooms breakfast was arranged at 11th floor as temporary due to the high numbers of people. I suggest to keep it as definitive. Moreover Coffee machine for espresso coffee it’s too old and very slow. It causes a lot of people waiting also because it’s just one. Food offered at breakfast was acceptable. Room size was ok but bathroom with some problems in the shower where it was not easy to adjust the temperature of water (or too hot or too cold). Anyway it seems to be an hotel too much tourism oriented, instead of business oriented which I would have preferred.

"I was very impressed by the staff in the spa room. When I started feeling unwell, they took exceptional care of me. Thanks to their treatment, I felt much better afterward."

The staff members were kind, however, we had issues with our room - cockroaches. The manager responded really well and immediately upgraded our room to suite. We appreciated their expressed concern and apologies.

Having training in the hotel. Comfortable for stay, staffs were friendly eventhough their English is just okay. Will recommend this hotel again for training (if any)

Equatorial is a fantastic place to stay, either for a holiday or a business trip. Excellent staff and top-notch Food service! Love it and will be back!

I have good impression with this hotel. All staffs of hotel are very kindness. Especially, the shuttle bus' driver Mr.Lan is really kindness. When I used shuttle  bus some times, he is always smile every time. I want to thank him again. I'll stay again on next visit in Ho chi Minh.

My first stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I've had. Despite its 5-star rating, the room was shockingly dirty. I found food leftovers on the carpet, hair in the toilet, and it appeared as though someone had just used the bathroom before I checked in. The receptionist staff was friendly and professional, and they switched me to a new room. However, the new room was just as bad, with stained towels and an overall unclean feel. Exhausted from a long business trip, I was too tired to request yet another room change. Overall, the receptionist handled the situation professionally and sent a fruit basket and a letter of apology. I hope the management moves on to improve the coordination between the reception and cleaning teams, ensuring rooms are properly cleaned and inspected before handing them over to guests.

Friendly and helpful staff, good hotel location with clean room. Great breakfast. Received chocolate on Halloween's Day with a pleasant surprise.

I was at this Hotel for a business trip. On my 2nd day I was having back to meetings, rushed back at 3pm to wash up and leave. It was shocking the housekeeping cleaned my room and did to place any towels. Hotel breakfast very limited choices, ONLY 1 coffee station

Really nice hotel. Has everything you need. Staff are nice, helpful and friendly. Room is big and comfortable. Does need hoovering and carpet is very dirty and hair everywhere. They do clear and is tidy but carpet needs a deep clean. Breakfast buffet is incredible so much choice. Staff are super nice and helpful. Cocktails and very good in the evening bar, recommend cocktail and tapas. Swimming is nice and clean. You come under distinct 5 so come tour will not pick up from. This location. It's about 15 mins in a car to district 1.

This hotel in HCM city Vietnam exceeded expectations. This is cost-effective five-star hotel in Vietnam I am 100% satisfied with this, and I strongly recommend everyone to come and try this super good five-star hotel with high cost performance I think if you come to Vietnam it will be better to choose this hotel than other international five-star hotels, because the price is relatively high. Moreover, the atmosphere of the hotel's French restaurant is very good, the quality of the food is also very good, and the price is very affordable. don't miss it The receptionists namely, Harry , Tu Tien , Trung and **** are the excellent staffs who have served customers with word class service , thank you all of you

Clean and very good location for District 5. However, a little dated and lacked some vibe for a bar.
