A beautiful clean hotel in the city center with pleasant staff. The breakfasts are not extensive, but delicious. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is not up to 4 star standards. Even though the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was below average, the gym has minimal things, the sauna is not open to guest, and can’t be booked with booking a massage. The room size was ok. But imagine uonly giving two 30mil body wash for two guest for two days. There was no shampoo nor conditioner and no fresh toothbrushes and toothpaste provided on day two. I would assume this to be standard for a 4 star hotel.

Excellent!!! The staff, facilities anh location all combined to give us a delightful visit to HCM city. We were upgraded to a higher room category that very nice. The staff is extremely friendly, cute and professional, especially FOM Hoan who took care and supported us a lot during our stay. Thank you!!!

Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and breathtaking views. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

The Hotel is centrally located near the zoo and the Palace just 5 mins away. The staff doesn't understand much English so its hard to communicate even if you put it over translate. The room service people keep knocking consistently and screaming room service till you open the door. As a vegetarian its a horror in terms of the food. There are no options without meat and even if you tell them they couldn't care less. The reception people aren't friendly but still try to help out. The hotel is very close to everything - Indian restaurants etc. There was a box market right next to it at the time we went. They should try and have more vegetarian options along with tags on breakfast if they have included meat in the meal or not. The top floor has Landmark 81 in view and a pool.

The room is clean and well kept. Reception services are very professional and understanding to our needs. It has a clean gym room n pool. Location is within walking distance to several shopping complexes

Booked for management business trip. Repeat stay and no complaints so far. Assumed all are good.

Hotel was good near to a lot of street food and it’s accessible to a lot of places and it’s good to roam around the whole place without having so much hindrance as there is buses around the street
