1. Ganz zu schweigen von der Lage, es liegt im Zentrum des Landkreises. Ganz in der Nähe des Penang-Marktes zu Fuß. Außerdem ist es nicht weit von der Pham Ngu Lao Street entfernt, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. 2. Dieser Preis ist im Stadtzentrum zu finden, und der Raum hat wirklich kein Dach, mit großen raumhohen Fenstern und gutem Licht. 3. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Rezeption. Zum Einchecken müssen Sie den QR-Code scannen oder einen Anruf tätigen. Die Rezeptionistin ist eine Putzfrau, die gut Englisch spricht und verschiedene Gesten beherrscht + Google-Übersetzung. 4. Sie können auch im Zimmer kochen, da alle Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden sind. 5. Der Fernseher ist immer noch ein Smart-TV und Sie können Netflix schauen.

Die Möbel sind komplett. Es ist schwer zu bleiben. Es gibt kein Servicepersonal. Kontaktaufnahme per Messenger erforderlich oder nur WhatsApp Der Abfluss im Badezimmer ist verstopft und das Internet ist langsam. Ich mache eine Pause und denke sorgfältig nach. Der Preis war relativ hoch. Insgesamt war es ein Fehlschlag.

Die Erreichbarkeit der Umgebung ist super. Allerdings läuft das Wasser in der Dusche und Toilette schlecht ab und im Haustürschloss gibt es keine Batterie. Inwieweit schaffe ich es? Erforderlich

Unhelpful and inflexible staff. Disgusting mess underneath the bed looked like it had never been cleaned. Also, I thought that there was a gas leak but actually, I think it was just that the fridge hadn't been cleaned after a previous guest had had smelly tropical fruit. Host sends intrusive whatsapp messages in the evening warning you about checkout time. They are presuming you are going to overstay or something, I guess. Online instructions were also patronizing. They treat you like you are a naughty child right from the start. So rude and pathetic. Future guests should also note that even though the instructions clearly state that an ID card is enough, the host will require a passport and a picture of your entry stamp. This was another major inconvenience for me.

Overall I am satisfied with the accommodation. Close to Ben Thahn market about 8 mins walks. Many coffee shop nearby and also a 24 hours convenient store. The studio unit is spacious with mini kitchen and dining table.

Floor was slightly dirty, can tell as bedsheets were made dirty after we walked around, but slippers provided. Aircon for room 303 was faulty, but hopefully fixed by now. Onto the good things, location is good and easily walkable to nearby eateries and cafes. Check-in process was smooth even though self service as customer service will text you beforehand to inform you of the pin and get your passport details.

Run away from any Cozrum accommodation, it is dirty and you are not certain you will get a window nor if you will get a room with no cockroaches/ants. Check in is hard and customer service is bad.

Nice place but check in was difficult, they didn’t send us the instructions the day before so we had to go through trip.com. But once we got their WhatsApp number they were responsive and let us leave our bags in the lobby before check in. Check in is exactly 2pm as the code they send is only valid until then. Room is okay and shower is good, big issue was there was lots of ants on the walls even though we didn’t have food in the kitchen. No utensils in kitchen if you did want to cook and eat in there. The room is also not serviced, didn’t affect us as we were only there one night but I would not like to stay longer as the toilet bin is small, so if no one comes to empty it you must empty it yourself if staying longer. Would not return sadly.

The hotel is in the city center. Just 10mins from ben than. Its quite difficult to locate it because there’s no sign board / name outside the hotel. The lift is very small and slow. No receptionist

A short staying while im getting from a cold. The balcony which mentioned not like the one in my expectation, anyway the room is clean and cozy. and of cos, it"s an apartment but not hotel. . The only weakness is they only clean your room one or twice for a week. For you those who has a good personal hygien is alright. For family or couple long staying, please notice this issue !

Stayed at Cozrum Home - Daisy House for 5 lovely nights and the central location was superb with plenty of Vietnamese street food to enjoy and 24hour convenience stores within walking distance. Checking in was a tad worrying as the communication with instructions for checking in didn't arrive on the day of departure but luckily Trip.com support helped with the process. I hope Cozrum team will send these crucial info at least 2 days prior to arrival as that would help immensely and take away the stress and worry. That being said, once we communicated, it was plain sailing all the way and Cozrum team was very quick and attentive. Overall it was a great stay and I particularly love the large TV in the room where I spent endless hours watching Youtube.

Our stay at Cozrum Home was decent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, we found that the streets around hotel were dirty. Overall, it was an okay experience.

My expectation is too high because I read the review. But when I got in my room. I felt like, I had bad mood to be here. The toilet was uncleanness, and sink is messy. Air condition is too hot even 16 degree. Outside is too loud. I won't be here again, and I will tell my friends. Hopefully, you make it well future.
