Zimmer 302 wurde während des Regens überschwemmt. Es gab keine Rezeption, der einzige dort stationierte Sicherheitsbeamte/Portier versteht kein Englisch. Sein Chef/Vorgesetzter war während des ganzen Fiaskos nicht erreichbar. Es gab kein Zimmer zum Wechseln, weder ein Angebot, Hilfe zu leisten, noch ein Zimmer zu wechseln. Sie wischten das schmutzige Flutwasser einfach mit Handtüchern ab und schoben es in den Bereich des Zimmers, aus dem die Decke leckte. Meine Gepäcktasche, die ich auf dem Boden liegen gelassen hatte, wurde von der Überschwemmung in Mitleidenschaft gezogen. Ich checkte aus dem Hotel aus, ohne meinen Aufenthalt zu beenden, da ich bereits über die Schmutzigkeit und den Umgang mit der Überschwemmungssituation frustriert war. Vor der Überschwemmung war die Zimmerreinigung etwas unterdurchschnittlich, ich habe während meines gesamten Aufenthalts dort kein Zimmerreinigungspersonal gesehen. Die Schallisolierung der Wände ist dünn, man hört vorbeifahrende Fahrräder, die Nachbarn nebenan tagsüber reden und nachts die Katzen in der Gasse heulen. Die Beleuchtung des Gemeinschaftsbereichs auf der 3. Etage war kaputt, sodass die gesamte Etage dunkel war. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist miserabel, das heiße Wasser in der Dusche ist weniger als lauwarm. WLAN und Klimaanlage sind stark genug. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Trockner oder einen geeigneten Ort, um Ihre Kleidung im Zimmer aufzuhängen. In der Zimmerkategorie, für die ich mich entschieden habe, gab es Besteck, Schüsseln, Besteck, einen großen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Es ist kein Safe vorhanden. Die Rettung ist die Lage, denn Sie befinden sich im Herzen des Ben-Thanh-Markts, nur einen Katzensprung von allen Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants entlang Le Thanh Ton entfernt und in angemessener Gehweite zu Vincom, Diamond Plaza und Saigon Center. Übernachten Sie nicht dort, wenn Regenwahrscheinlichkeit besteht. Ansonsten ist es eine Option, wenn Sie ein knappes Budget haben.

Keine Rezeption. Ein-Mann-Betrieb. Der arme Kerl übernimmt den Portier, den Rezeptionisten und den Sicherheitsdienst ... Auf diesem Weg zu Ihrem Hotel. Aber überraschenderweise ist der kleine Raum kühl und sauber (vielleicht ist er neu). Der Aufzug bietet keinen Platz für 2 Gepäckstücke und 1 Passagier. Wenn Sie einen kurzen Zwischenstopp wünschen. Dies ist ein guter Rastplatz.

they had a problem with my room so they placed me at vilion hotel for one night which was super terrible. they wanted to compensate with 200k vnd but i have no plans on coming back in the near future. anyway, i couldnt even pray comfortably in the room at vilion hotel. however, they compensated my friends and i with late checkout. its located in an alley, near ben tanh market, and theres a coffee stall in the morning. the location is very strategic! staffs are nice. the hotel and room is really nice despite its sketchy location!!! the lift is kinda small tho

It is a bit hidden in a small alley, but actually there are a lot of stuff and people nearby, so it makes it less noisy there. Workers are nice! BUT when we arrived the floor was very dusty, and I found some hairs and little dirt stains in the bed😭 also there were mosquitos and tiny dots bugs in the bathroom

Placed in perfect location near the centre and surrounded with delicious food spots. Owners were really nice and place comes with free laundry.

Suites located not there on the the google maps. Also when we came at 11 am to hotel, guardian didn’t give us room key, but the room was ready to check in. Very strange. Also in the room weren’t some room stuff like spoons and forks.

Hotel location was very strategic, walking distance to the market. Everything was clean and new. the receptionist was very lovely and good service. Will highly recommend this place to everyone

Room is super new and clean. The apartment is located in Ly Tu Trong street which is the city center of HCMC. Nice experience here!
