Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Gutes, aber auch entsprechend teures Frühstück. Schöne Aussicht aus den oberen Etagen.

Ich hatte für zwei Personen gebucht, aber ein Einzelzimmer erhalten. Dann wurde erklärt, das Zimmer sei für 2 Personen und es wurden mir weitere Handtücher und Utensilien in einer Plastiktüte an der Rezeption überreicht. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt 👎 Ich fühle mich betrogen, denn das Hotel ist ausgebucht. Das ebenfalls gebuchte Frühstück habe ich nicht erhalten. Trip.com spielt falsch 👎

The hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined. Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though… Staff is great ! There is even complimentary drinks and cookies available. I would recommend for 1 night only

Really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location to explore the city. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. The snacks and drinks available each day are a very nice touch

this is us most expensive hotel in my 8 days trip, this is possibly the most modern and tall hotel but the room is so small and no water kettle, the night view is nice and my son keep watching it

Have a welcome snacks and drinks.room is clean and big,a lot of amenities.car parking in is available but need extra fee.breakfast is so good a lot of choices

Great location and service, rooms are a little dusty

The room and its washroom were very small and tight. If you sit on the toilet seat, you have to be careful as you may keep hitting the sink. The sink was a tiny sink.

Superb service and hotel facilities! I was allowed to check-in 2h in advance, which was very convenient. Nice view from the large window in the room. The only downside being the hotel location, which is about 25 minutes away by foot from Hiroshima’s main attractions.

Good price for a decent hotel

I recently stayed at the Oriental Hotel Hiorshima, a charming hotel that shows its age in the building and facilities. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a complimentary welcome drink and snacks, a thoughtful touch that made me feel valued. Despite the vintage vibe, my stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with character and excellent service, the Oriental Hotel Hiorshima is a great choice. Just be prepared for its charming quirks!
