Auch Dimonique hat uns ins und aussucht. am Frontdesk. Sie war freundlich und hilfreich. The front desk staff and bistro staff were amazing - helpful, courteous, and quick! Now...onto the hotel itself: This place is NOT up to Marriott standards - I cannot and will not believe it is. Yes the lobby seems updated and modern, but the rest of this hotel is definitely screaming ”1990”. This must've been one of the original Courtyard concepts back in the day OR was an old hotel they bought and slapped a Courtyard sign out front. Rooms are small, dated furniture, and make shift layout (TV to the side of the bed - not in front). This place is a maze...all jokes aside. There is no main lobby elevator/access to the 2nd or 3rd floors. No....you have to walk all the way down a very long hallway, then turn left and walk some more down another hallway, until you come up on the elevator!?! The amount of hotel guests I ran into who were lost (myself included) trying to find the elevator from the lobby and vice versa, should be a clear sign this layout is awful. Room was comfy and quiet (mine faced the rear parking lot) and I had enough towels and all for a 2 day stay for work. Did have a frig - but NO microwave. Last complaint - breakfast. Isn't Marriott membership supposed to give free breakfast? I got a basic (but really tasty) breakfast + Pelligrino = $23???

The stay was great this is our second time here and I must say this is our first choice always.. we ran across an issue with the sofa bed in which they changed our room without any problem also there was an issue with the hot water on our last night. Other than that the stay was great the room was clean the breakfast is great..I will be back when ever I return to VA to visit family

Das Stadtzentrum unten war ein zusätzlicher Bonus. Frau Kim im Vorderbüro gab hervorragenden Kundenservice und war froh mit ihr zu sprechen. Das Restaurant serviert leckere Speisen und wurde sofort serviert. Insgesamt genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt und werden zurückkehren. Wir hatten das 1 Schlafzimmer 2 Zimmer König Suite. Ein paar zusätzliche Bemerkungen: 1) Die Königsmatratzen brauchen eine Upgrade. In der Suite würde ich eine mehr pluss Matratzen erwarten. 2) Die Beleuchtung im Duschebereich muss heller sein. 3) Auch im Duschebereich, Es gab einen kontinuierlichen Fan/Ventil, der ständig laufend lief. Ich verstehe die Notwendigkeit der Belüftung, um sicherzustellen, dass keine Feuchtigkeitsaufbau, um Moldsituationen zu vermeiden. Haben Sie den Fan/Ventil auf einem separaten Schalter zu verwenden, wenn es notwendig ist und nicht hören, dass Lärm eine funktionsfähige Lösung ist. Im März war es offenbar Fußball-Weekend und Kinder waren überall. Glücklicherweise habe ich ein Zimmer im vierten Stock. Einige Lärme von Kindern, die auf und nach dem Halle laufen, aber ich hörte andere Gäste im ersten Stock wütend mit dem Hotelpersonal über Lärme. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben, ja, wenn ich für ein Fußballturnieren von der Art wäre. Für alle anderen Reisenden rufen Sie vor und stellen Sie sicher, dass es keine Gruppenbuchungen gibt oder Sie vielleicht nicht gut schlafen.

Wir hatten eine schlechte Airbnb-Erfahrung und brauchten eine zuverlässige, komfortable Unterkunft für die Nacht. Dieses Hotel liegt an einem Golfplatz und es ist sehr schön!! Wir haben einen tollen Preis bekommen, aber ich habe aus Versehen 1 King anstelle von 2 Queens gewählt. Sie sind super glücklich und haben freundlicherweise das Zimmer kostenlos gewechselt. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, hing ein Aufkleber über unserer Tür, der anzeigte, dass das Zimmer gereinigt wurde und niemand eingetreten war. Die Betten waren riesig, flauschig und sehr sauber. Ich schlief wie ein Baby. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage pumpte die kühle Luft heraus. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und kühl. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Ich habe kürzlich in der Westin in Richmond VA als Ort gewählt, der von der Familie/ Kirche für die Beerdigung meiner Nichte gewählt wurde. Obwohl viele Mitarbeiter während unserer Bebringungszeit sehr empathisch und unterstützend waren, war Matthew sehr außergewöhnlich, um die zusätzliche persönliche Interaktion zu bieten, die über die normale Erfahrung hinausging. Als Mitglied des Marriott Ambassador habe ich ziemlich weit gereist und bin mir deshalb der erwarteten Standards bewusst. Seine freundliche und aufmerksame Betreuung und Service machte diese schwierige Zeit der Bereitstellung viel einfacher zu tragen. Ich begrüße auch die angenehme Flexibilität der anderen Mitarbeiter. Ich werde wieder zurückkommen.

I stayed at Four Points on Wednesday June 19th so that I could catch a flight early Thursday morning to visit my daughter. My first interaction was with Alexandria upon check-in. She was very pleasant. She asked how my day was, the drive to the city, and asked if there was anything else that she could do for me to help with my stay. I told her that I was tired, was going to get dinner and relax. She suggested that I visit the bar which was scheduled to open at 5pm. Alexandria also shared the information that you all have a shuttle service and will keep my car for a fee. Which I agreed to. I then went to my room, dropped off my belongings, and went to the bar. That is where I met Ann (bartender). She was the next pleasant interaction. She carried on a conversation with me that seemed as if she and I had been old friends catching up on life. She shared that she was originally from the Farmville area. I travel alone and usually listen to my music. However, I enjoyed the company of Ann and did not need any music therapy. Mr. Jerome was very pleasant with his conversation. It was around 3am when he dropped me off at the airport, but he made me feel very comfortable during the ride to the airport. Here's what truly impressed me with the staff: On my return to Richmond, I discovered when I got off the airplane that I had lost my keys. Of course, panic set in. I called the hotel to let them know that I'd returned and that I was ready for the shuttle to pick me up, but I also asked if Mr. Jerome had turned my keys in after I got out of the shuttle because at that time, that was the last place that I remembered having them. Forgive me for not remembering this sweet young lady's name. She was working on Monday June 24th at 8pm. She placed me on hold, came back and shared that there were no keys that fit the description that I gave to her but that she would send someone to pick me up. About 10 minutes later, the shuttle arrived to pick me up and 3 airline employees to take us to the hotel. The ride was quiet as I was trying to process what it was that I needed to do. When I arrived at the hotel, the same young lady was at the desk. I told her that I was the one who called about the missing car keys. She looked in two different areas and said that she did not see my keys at all. There was also a gentleman standing there who suggested that I get an air tag on my keys since I have an iPhone. She asked me if there was anything that she could do for me. I told her that it was not but that I might be staying the night if my keys were not found inside my car. I called a locksmith to unlock my car and my keys were not there. I was completely overwhelmed. I had gone through ******* to reserve a room for the night. The same young lady checked me in and stated that she was going to give me a card for breakfast for the next morning being that I had had a rough day. I thanked her and proceeded to my room for the night. The next morning, at about 5:30am, I called down
