The hotel is good. Services is excellent.

Check in was abrupt, the receptionist seemed more bothered about the people behind us. We had booked 3 rooms and two other family members had booked 2 other rooms. The room was clean but the bathroom needed a good scrub in 4 out of the 5 rooms. When I booked the rooms I was made to believe we could use the pool and gym but on checking in we were told it would cost £20 per person.

Breakfast items were missing, small selection. Room is clean and quiet
