Overnight stop on our journey. No one at reception, eventually someone came to let us in. Room very large,no coffee no facilities fior making any beverages, no breakfast, no one available at checkout. Dated decor, and strange central lights. Mismatched furnishings.

Not bad but not great and definitely the choice in town if you have to stay. Was there for a volleyball camp and needed a room. There were a couple of small cleanliness issues and several flies in the room but overall OK.

Super impressed with all the work that has been done to completely renovate and modernize every room. They are absolutely beautiful..no more carpet..durable vinyl plank flooring…granite bathroom vanity and marble tub surround. Fresh paint and fixtures- Sam you are a top notch motel. Highly recommended. No breakfast options but price is very reasonable!!!

We were in a bind, and found Riverside Motel. I called Sam and he had one room left. He runs a clean, comfortable place! Great location and quiet. A great place to stay! This is a "No frills" stay, but the Casey's up the street has ample coffee and breakfast selections.
