The NH Capri La Habana is in Vedado in downtown Havana. The area is close to well-known nightclubs, La Rampa art and craft market and the famous Malecón – plus it’s a short taxi ride to some of the city’s top sights. Their refurbishment finished in May 2014.

Отдыхали на Кубе в апреле 2023. Забронировали одну ночь в этом отеле за 10,5тр. Во время путешествия потребовалось сместить даты бронирования на один день ( очень хотели попасть на шоу кабаре Тропикана). Сервис Trip три дня кормил обещаниями решить вопрос в течении 24 часов. Внятного ответа можно ли изменить даты бронирования так и не получили. Пришлось бронировать вторую ночь на нужную нам дату. Эта бронь обошлась в 11,5т.р. разницу в цене списали на колебания курса. В момент заселения оказалось, что первая ночь оплачена только для одного человека, хотя при бронировании выставлялось два человека. А вторая ночь забронирована на две персоны. За первую ночь потребовалось доплатить 85€. Одним словом данный сервис Trip.com не советую использовать. Теперь об отеле: огромным минусом для русских является не возможность использовать наличные. Весь отель работает только с картами. Русские карты естественно не работают, платежную систему Мир только начали внедрять на Кубе. Соответственно мы не могли воспользоваться рестораном, баром, бассейном. В целом отель для Кубы не плохой, единственное что сильно смутило ободранная тюль. Ну прямо совсем, с клоком ниток по полу.

Очень хороший отель и очень приятный персонал. Не стоит ожидать фантастики как от дорогих отелей в других странах, но вполне себе очень даже неплохо. Включен завтрак, готовят неплохо. Среди отелей в Гаване вообще можно сказать один из лучших. Когда я останавливался цены были очень дешевые, как раз перед моим отъездом цены сильно подросли. За 5 дней заплатил 31тр. Расположение тоже очень удобное. На заднем дворике есть небольшой бассейн для детей и для взрослых.
В общем рекомендую, я остался доволен. После этого отеля остановился в отеле за 60тр в Мехико и тут даже половины условий нет, отсутствует даже элементарное кафе и вместо кондиционера вентилятор. В Гаване всё было великолепно в этом плане и очень очень чисто. Рекомендую!

Wohnen in einem Neubau, das Zimmer ist groß genug und das WLAN ist stark! Es gibt einen unterirdischen Gang, der das Hauptgebäude verbindet. Beide Gebäude verfügen über Außenschwimmbäder, die allen Bewohnern gemeinsam sind. Obwohl das Hauptgebäude etwas älter ist, ist die Aussicht auf den Pool besser. Das Hotel akzeptiert kein Bargeld, sondern nur Karten.

基礎設施肯定是當地最好的了，起碼每天還有瓶裝水提供，早餐豐富的程度也是超乎想象，有班尼迪克蛋和omlete可以單點，Roof的晚飯性價比也不錯。餐廳服務都很贊，客房服務就非常一般，一樓換錢的地方下午四點就關門了。匯率也不咋地。。。

I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying!
1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. I asked why, and therestaurant staff didn't give any explanation, and said very unfriendly thatthey don't accept cash. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? And didn't told me in advance. The restaurant service is so poor, is it because the meal timedelays the employees from getting off work normally? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff?
2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. Does not reflect the duties of the Guest Services Manager on duty.No explanation as to why the hotel only accepts credit cards and not cash.Threatened to call the police. The point is that I didn't refuse to pay afterthe meal, but wanted to pay the bill with the cash. Why did she want to callthe police? This is threatening the hotel guests!
3. Complain about the poor attitude of thesecurity guard on duty and lack of awareness of service. It is like theunderworld threatening the guests staying in the hotel.
4. Complain about the service of the hotel.We are two ladies and took a baby who was only one year old. All of those staffof the hotel did not have the concept of customer-oriented and the most basicmorality of caring for minors, and deliberately made things difficult In-houseguests who spend at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, guest servicemanager and security in the hotel are not worthy of working in a five-starhotel like Kempinski, which brought me a very unpleasant stay and experienceduring my stay in this hotel.
I want to emphasize the background of thiscomplaint again. At around 22:00 on August 13, 2023, after themeal in the hotel restaurant, I wanted to settle the bill in cash, but therestaurant service staff refused my request to settle the meal in cash, whichled to this unpleasant incident.
Hope Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habanacan explain and apologize in writing to us two ladies and a baby who is onlyone year old.

Wir sind seit dem 11.04. in diesem Hotel. bis 14.04. 24 Drei Erwachsene, buchten ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten + Sofa und bekamen ein Doppelbett und ein Sesselbett ohne Bettwäsche!!! Als wir die Rezeption kontaktierten, sagten sie uns, dass sie uns nicht helfen könnten, was für eine Reservierung! Bitte bringen Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ein Laken und eine Decke mit. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keinen Kaffee, Wasser fließt aus der Dusche, eine Pfütze im ganzen Raum. Das Frühstück ist gut, Fitnessstudio auch, Taxi ins Zentrum von Havanna, neben einem Geschäft mit Alkohol für Fremdwährungen usw. Plus.

Die Lage am Meer ist durchdacht und die Aufteilung ist sehr gut. Die luftgefüllte Etage ist vollständig und der lange Balkon der Halle im neunten Stock ist sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist hell und das Badewasser ist wirklich gut. Die Kellner sind alle enthusiastisch und aufmerksam. Im Speisesaal gibt es einen Kellner, der sich sehr darum kümmert, dass wir Chinesen heißes Wasser trinken. Die Rezeption erlaubte uns, die Schlüsselkarte eine halbe Stunde im Voraus zu bekommen. Ich möchte dafür einen Daumen hoch geben!
