Hotel is excellent except I am disappointed in the way the luhgage storage was handled. I checkrd out on Dec 23 and left my bG there for my return check in on Dec 26. Was told by receptionist & security that i have to pay for daily storage. I made the payment and there was no receipt provided. what is worst is the baggage storage jas no tah for reclaim. what if domeone accidentally takes away my bag which is a rimowa. after i insist on docrmentation i was given a hand written note to indicate my name. For a five star hotel you should be more professional in handling this ; charging returning customers for 3 nites to store a bag when i am returning? and mo receipt after i pay? and mo collection tah for security?

Wir haben einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Capri gehabt. Besonders schön ist der Pool auf der obersten Etage, von wo man einen Blick auf die ganze Stadt hat. Auch essen kann man oben, wo den ganzen Tag ein angenehm kühler Wind weht. Auch das Frühstück war top und das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die gute Sache ...I blieb im ersten Stock für 3 Nächte in einer Junior Suite, und es war riesig, massives Bett, komfortable Sofas und der Balkon war etwa 25m lang. Auch hatte ein großes Aussicht auf die Bay. Es machte auch alle Grundstücke gut, das Bett war komfortabel und der Air-Con wirklich gut und ruhig arbeiten. So war das Zimmer ein angenehmer Ort zu bleiben. Im Gegensatz zu einigen der Bewertungen hier fand ich es sehr sauber. Aber wie bei vielen Dingen in Kuba war es alt und gebrochen. Ich habe Mitgefühl, weil ich glaube, sie haben nicht das Geld oder die Ausrüstung, um es zu reparieren. Hier waren einige der Fragen: - Ich war auf ein Jacuzzi-Badebad (etwa Luxus am Ende des Aufenthalts). Allerdings kein Bad-Plug (die sie versuchten und nicht reparieren konnten), ich ließ einen mit einem Tasche, aber das Wasser war gebrüht und der Jacuzzi funktionierte nicht. Also kein Jacuzzi. - Das Zimmer ist auf einer sehr besetzten Straßen-/Busshaltestelle und es gab Glas aus den Fenstern, so war es wirklich laut, wie beim Schlafen direkt an einer Hauptstraße - die ganze Nacht. - Einige der Fensterschalter waren kaputt/versagt - Bad-Licht nicht alle funktionierten - Eine der Bettleuchten funktionierte nicht - Fensterhandwerk war abgestürzt - WLAN funktionierte nicht den ganzen Aufenthalt - Kein Druck in der Dusche - Die Dusche war falsch, Das Wasser hat mich nicht angesehen - das Frühstück war nicht großartig. Buffet mit Obst plus Eier (wie andere, die ich in Kuba serviert hatte, aber niedriger Qualität, es gab Getreide, aber es war nicht gesäuert, aber völlig weich, es muss aus/offen für die Jahre gewesen sein) - Der Barmann hat mich gerissen. Ich hatte eine Zitronensaft. In Posh Restaurants in Kuba wäre das 100-150 CUP (ca. 1 Dollar) und gut gemacht mit geschnittenem Eis usw. Ich habe serviert, was geschmackvoll wie ein Zitronenschnecken mit Eiskuben. Ihr Online-Menü sagte 100CUP. Der Barmeister sagte 300 CUP oder 5 Dollar, und ich musste mit einer Kreditkarte bezahlen, und er bezahlte mich $3.30. So ist entweder die Bar lächerlich teuer (über 3 Mal den Standardpreis im Vergleich zu besseren Restaurants) oder der Barmeister überbezahlt mich. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt und das einzige, was mich wirklich störte, war die Rippe am Bar. Aber da ich mehr als dreimal mehr hier zu bleiben bezahlt, als ich in einem Haus hätte getan, wartete ich darauf, dass es etwas weniger gebrochen sein würde. Zum Beispiel, wenn Sie für einen Jacuzzi extra zahlen, aber es nicht verwenden können, dann kann ich nicht wirklich eine positive Bewertung geben, auch wenn ich die Schwierigkeiten verstehen, die sie haben.

Das Hotel Victoria habe ich als Zufall bekommen und bin mehr als zufrieden und glücklich dafür. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, man hat alles was man braucht inklusive einem reichhaltigem Frühstück mit persönlichen Wünschen, das war das bestens! Sehr freundlichen Personal (hier ein herzliches Dankeschön an Zunian, Sie hat sich wunderschön um alles gekümmert, und auch an Elizabeth, Ibis, Hamlet, Zulem, für eure tolle Service im Restaurant. Danke an Yamel und seine Kollegen an der Bar und Pool, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Wirklichkeit waren alles sehr nett und hilfsbereit den ganzen Zeit) Die Zimmer sind groß, gemütlich und sauber, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Stadt bis ins Mehr. Das Hotel kann ich 100% weiterempfehlen. Sie werden eine wunderbare Aufenthalt dort erleben. An die Leitung des Hotels kann ich nur sagen: „weiter so“ Ein größeres Dankeschön an die Dayani aus Hotel ROC Presidente für die ganzen Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfe bei der alternative Hotelunterkunft Angebot. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden wie alles gelaufen ist. Nochmal vielen Dank für die tolle Aufenthalt! 💕

Second stay in 2023 at this very comfortable little hotel next to Centro Chirurgico. Since my first stay this year, the hotel seems to have changed management, but without compromising service or quality (although the posted rack rate has increased by approx 5x!). In general, the hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. Surrounded by a charming garden and terrace. Gated, with security. Air conditioning in rooms is great. Dining area not air conditioned, so need to sit on the terrace for a breeze. Meals were sit-down with choice of fish/chicken/lamb. The meals (although simple) are prepared by a chef and very tasty. Much better than many of the bad buffets at other hotels. Small bar area is now open for drinks in the afternoon and evening. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. All staff speak (some) English. Location is close to the many restaurants at the bottom of Paseo. There are numerous small shops at the bottom of Paseo in the same area where you can buy beer, liquor, wine in pesos at reasonable prices. Location next to the heart hospital means you can easily find taxis near the hotel. However, the cheapest transportation option is to walk down Paseo to the Malecon and wait for the children's train which makes a loop from the Plaza de las Armas to the Riviera Hotel approximately every 2 hours for 40 pesos. Hotel will currently change money at the official government rate of 120/USD, but you this is not recommended as you can obtain a better rate easily on the ”informal” market. Wifi for sale at front desk for 40 pesos/hr. Coverage can be a little bit spotty, sometimes you lose the signal. Other reviews have raised water temperature/pressure issues: these are not generally the fault of hotels. Water system in Havana has lots of issues.

Ein weiterer toller Aufenthalt im El Encanto. Alles ist so einfach und sie bieten Ihnen wirklich den persönlichen Service, als wären Sie zu Hause. Es ist großartig, nach COVID wieder in Kuba zu sein. Alles ist wieder und besser. El Encanto liegt perfekt im Zentrum von Habana. Super nah an allem, was man zu Fuß erreichen kann ... den Malecon, Vedado, das Hotel Nacional, Habana Vieja und die Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Flachbildfernsehern, kompletten Badezimmern mit reichlich heißem Wasser und gutem Wasserdruck und sogar kleinen Kühlschränken für Getränke und Snacks. Ich kann den Aufenthalt hier auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Sehr sichere Gegend, in der man jederzeit spazieren gehen kann. In der Nähe vieler Restaurants. Das Hotel kann für Sie Geld wechseln, was es äußerst bequem und vertrauenswürdig macht. Sie kennen die Gegend gut und haben viele Empfehlungen. Taxis sind leicht verfügbar. Das Hotel kann anrufen und Reservierungen und Taxis vornehmen. Sie sprechen Englisch. Es gibt viele Zimmertypen für Familien, Alleinreisende usw. Tolle Aussicht auch von der Dachterrasse. Sie können auch Bier und Wasser kaufen. Das WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen und zuverlässig. Oh, und das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück ist perfekt, um den Tag zu beginnen.
