I have stayed here for 4 years in the above accomodation . We love Les saises and have been coming back for 20 years . Un Fortunately this accommodation has let us down . Very disappointed . It is a lot smaller than we have had in previous years. In fact it's a pokey attic room without much of a view . It's not even that clean the entrance hall carpet is dirty and there are dead flies in the light fitting . It doesn't even smell clean . We complained at reception and there is nothing they can do . They are fully booked . We booked this early last year. If we had been given this accommodation four years ago we would not have returned . Car parking is a night mare we paid 175 euros for 2 weeks only to find there were none left. A member of staff had to move their car. Very disappointed with the member of staff's attitude. . it is not the same as we have had before

The fridge door had a crack on it. The walls in the bathroom had mould on the tiles. The heating didn't work. The boot room had no heating on so ski equipment didn't dry. The bed sheets were too small for the beds and kept coming off. Despite requesting on several occasions that we needed at least two lavatories this was not provided. One lavatory in an apartment for 8 adults is insufficient. Swimming pool was far to cold as was the changing room. No sign of any radiators in the changing rooms. No towels provided.

Good facility located near the center of Les Saises with good access to the slopes. Spacious appartments with lots of storage room. Wel equipped kitchen, excellent terras facing south. Bakkerey service for breakfast is a plus.

The staff are very helpful. The reception area has great views of the mountains. We enjoyed the bread and croissant delivery service. It was easy to get on the slopes from the apartment but it took us a while to find the route back as the mountain twister is in the way. The apartments themselves are modern and warm with a balcony although we had a side view. The bed was two singles but they had given us one sheet which wasn’t big enough. The pillows were unusable as they were really lumpy. The kitchen area is very compact. I had to stand on a chair to reach the microwave which is quite dangerous. It is quite a walk down to the town and back on the steep path. We didn’t find the steps with the shortcut till the second part of the week as no one had pointed this out to us. I believe the complex is good for families as there are lots of facilities for them. There is also a ski hire shop on the complex. I only used the pool once as it was far too crowded and it didn’t feel Covid safe,

Lovely discovery - spacious flat with everything to hand. Perfect for pistes and class drop off. Staff very quick to respond. Pool pretty crowded but really nice to have one after long day. Would definitely go back

Très bel ensemble très bien situé avec une vue magnifique et départ skis aux pieds.appartement premium vaste,confortable mais dont le mobilier commence à vieillir.Ménage à l’arrivée qui semble avoir été fait à la va vite,sols aspirés mais pas lavés,poussière sur les meubles et réfrigérateur complètement givré.C’est quand même léger vu le prix de la location.Par ailleurs réception charmante mais débordée le samedi.Parking souterrain très vaste .Il manque,à notre époque des bornes de recharge électrique.Satisfais globalement de notre sejour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la résidence les chalets des cimes aux Saisies. La résidence est située aux pieds des pistes, tout se fait à pieds. De plus le confort dans l'appartement est d'un très haut niveau, l'appartement était très propre à notre arrivé. Et nous avons eu un très bon accueil pendant tout le séjour par l'ensemble du personnel y compris les employés du magasin SKISET. Je recommande fortement.
