We slept well, the food was excellent, and the terrace with a view of Mont Blanc, the pool, and the jacuzzi added even more charm to the hotel. "I have stayed here for 4 years in the above accomodation . We love Les saises and have been coming back for 20 years . Un Fortunately this accommodation has let us down . Very disappointed . It is a lot smaller than we have had in previous years. In fact it's a pokey attic room without much of a view . It's not even that clean the entrance hall carpet is dirty and there are dead flies in the light fitting . It doesn't even smell clean . We complained at reception and there is nothing they can do . They are fully booked . We booked this early last year. If we had been given this accommodation four years ago we would not have returned . Car parking is a night mare we paid 175 euros for 2 weeks only to find there were none left. A member of staff had to move their car. Very disappointed with the member of staff's attitude. . it is not the same as we have had before "
