I have stayed in your hotel, either the old Wing or the New Wing. I have the following views. The hotel's New Wing has all the good points like cleanliness, good bath room facilities and good services. The old Wing had been neglected somehow. The bathrooms( my previous stays) were not up to grade as some have sewage problems, leaking pipes and floors would be wet through after shower. The layouts are poorly done. Counter services were good. Officers were generally polite and helpful.

We requested for 2 twin and 1 double room 1 week before our arrival date via email, the hotel confirmed our request but no specific room provided when we arrived. Room was not sound proof, you will hear other customers talking loudly when they walk pass your room, don’t stay here if you have sleeping problem. Make sure you check room items EVERYDAY because When we check out we were forced to pay 100 baht for a missing face towel, we didn’t even use any face towel while in the room. I believed house keeping must have forgotten to replace them…I would have rather save my luggage space for my shoppings in Hatyai rather than taking their old face towel! The location was average, it is close to Lee Garden but you will need to walk thru a long creepy car park and small laneway to get to the Main Street. Overall quite a dissatisfy stay while in Hatyai. Will not stay here again or recommend it.

Ich liebe es, hier zu bleiben und es lohnt sich wirklich für den Preis, den wir zahlen. Ich habe mit meiner Familie 3 Zimmer nebeneinander gebucht. Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist sauber, aber der Kleiderschrank über dem Regal ist etwas staubig, deshalb lege ich kein Tuch darauf. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen 7eleven-Automaten. Wenn Sie sich nicht irren, wird der Pool noch bis 2024 renoviert, aber wir können mit ihrer Zustimmung in ihrer anderen Filiale in der Nähe des Flughafens kostenlos schwimmen gehen. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, auch wenn wir etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Zentrum wie zum Lee Garden und zu anderen Märkten benötigen. Es ist aber wirklich praktisch, weil wir unser Auto am Hotel parken können, da dort viele Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Übrigens ist der Kundenservice hier sehr gut. Danke :)

The front desk staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy. Just the room doesn’t provide hair dryer. Overall was good. Easy to access by car since hotel location is exactly at the center. Definitely will try out other B2 hotel for next visit.

The hotel is new. The room is huge and super clean. Room with balcony with a park and main street view. Plus point, you can enjoy Netflix in your room for free. Inside the room, you will be served with free snacks + coke. Nearby, a walking distance to 7e (a big and less crowded outlet) Just right next to hotel, there is a self service laundry shop. Walking to Lee Garden will take about 10-15min. Shower water pressure is awesome and hot & cool function well. Minus point: The property got no elevator. You need climb up to 3rd floor.

Revisiting Hatyai and Songkhla. Hotel is closed to Diana Shopping complex (150 metre walk), Greenway night market (about 800 metre walk) and Central Festival Shopping Complex (1km walk). MC Donald is just beside Diana Shopping complex. About 1km walk to Chok Dee Dim Sum. A few Tuk tuk is always on standby outside the hotel so it is convenient if you need one for your travel around the city.

This hotel feels like home..Makes Yr stay comfortable! Spacious room,cleanliness is at top notch..the only disadvantage, the location is abit outside the city and hard to get street halal food ..however,it is easily accessible via grab if ure not a fussy person.. Staff is friendly and can understand and speaks basic english,housekeeping is fast.overall I enjoys my stay n will sure come back to Monkham for my comfortable stays

Place is good and just beside Central Hatyai Festival which is good for people who travel to HatYai for shopping purpose😂but if u not change money yet please do at your country because inside the Central Hatyai no money changer able to help you (maybe depends on currency rate dif between country) and MAKRO also walking distance. For the hotel facilities really good and clean they do provide basic ammenities and they have hair dryer and also they have lift so no worries for those who travel with ur parents. Their staff also very helpfull and friendly. For Malaysian bear in mind if you dont change money yet the deposit cost is RM200 or 1000 baht. I will come to stay at here again.

Es scheint, dass es keine Standard-Betriebsverfahren (SOP) und Kommunikationsverteilung innerhalb des Teams Wartung, Hauspflege und Front Office gibt. Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer funktionierte nicht und hatte es dem Rezeptor vor dem Abendessen und Spaziergang des Hotels berichtet. Als wir zurückkamen, gab es dem Rezeptor eine freundliche Erinnerung und fragte, ob unsere Dusche fix war. Sie konnten das nicht beantworten und baten sofort die Wartungspersonal, die sich außerhalb der Lobby gestellt hatte, um es zu reparieren. Der schlimmste Teil:- Das Wartungspersonal ging mit uns in unser Zimmer und ins Waschzimmer, mit dem gleichen Schuh, den er trug, als er außerhalb der Lobby stand. Nachdem er es befestigt hatte, stieg er buchstäblich auf unserem Stockmatt, um seinen Schuh zu trocknen. Die Frühwarnung war dunkel in Farbe und wir baten ihn, die Frühwarnung herauszuholen! Nachdem sie dem Empfangsmann berichteten, wussten sie nicht wirklich, was zu tun, und ich bat sie, das Hausbetreuungsteam zu holen, um sie zu reinigen. Die Hausmeisterin kam nur, um einen Fußbodenschrank zu ersetzen, ohne den Boden zu bewegen. Wir hv wieder zu bitten und ihr sagen, was passiert ist. Keine Entschuldigung von ihnen. Zusätzliche Tipps, wählen Sie nicht für Ihre Frühstückswahl, es gibt nur 6 Artikel ala carte Menü verfügbar. Erster Tag Frühstück gibt es Getreide bt die Milch war abit saur, zweiter Tag Frühstück, keine Getreide verfügbar.

Gutes Personal und Hotel in der Nähe des floating market aber Hoteleinrichtungen sind nicht so bequem für den Preis, den ich gezahlt.. Haartrockner muss von der Lobby nehmen und zurück, wie wir es fertig verwenden.. das Schlimmste ist Eisen und Eisenblätter. Sie haben nur 1 und ich muss auf und runter in der Lobby gehen, nur um Eisen zu verwenden.
