Sehr schönes Hotel, nur ist in der Gegend sonst nichts Sehebswertes.

The hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end.

Hotel ist sehr schön Pool auch sehr sauber aber Hotel ist bisschen außerhalb von Stadt. Man muss schon Motorrad haben oder mit Gra fahren aber Hotelpersonal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es jeden empfehlen und das Pool ist auch wirklich wunderschön.

Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier,und sind dann durchgestartet nach Phuket. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber das Bett einladend. Es war ruhig im hotel und das Personal sehr freundlich Gerne wieder

Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. One extra pillow is available in the wardrobe Room Amneties: 8/10 Desk for writing or laptop use Chair has no seat cushion, so a bit hard to sit on Many power points Table space for charging phones Lighting is good Vanity desk with mirror Flat-screen TV with Thai and English channels Fridge 2 drinking glasses No kettle No hair dryer 4 bottles of mineral water provided every day (2 for fridge) Basic toiletries provided in toilet - toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, earbuds, shampoo, bodywash Some furnishing were slightly worn-out or damaged Balcony has washing basin and small clothes-drying rack WiFi: 9/10 188-380 Mbps Download Speed / 162-406 Mbps Upload Speed on SpeedTest app Aircon: 10/10 At 28 celcius degrees temperature setting, it is cold enough to cool the room Shower Comfort: 7/10 Water-saving shower head means water output is somewhat limited Shower area is spacious enough No sliding door at shower area means water gets to the toilet area when taking a shower Location: 7/10 Not close to tourist attractions; long walk (2km) or use Grab (about 70 THB at time of writing) Morning mobile food stalls nearby (from about 6:30am to 9:00am) Small local restaurants nearby No public transport (that I noticed) Small mini-mart nearby (Vogue Supermarket) 15-min walk to Big-C supermarket, food court and shopping mall Opposite Bangkok Hospital 7-Eleven store at Bangkok Hospital is closed for renovation at time of writing Customer Service: 8/10 Receptionist does not greet guests. Mostly looking at their phone. Generally polite when you talk to them. The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.
