Beliebte 4-Sterne-Hotels in Hat Yai

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt im Herzen der Stadt Hatyai. Der Nachtmarkt liegt direkt vor der Tür. Auf beiden Seiten der Straße reihen sich Essens- und Massagesalons. Ganz in der Nähe großer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Zustand des Hotels wirkt langsam etwas veraltet und muss etwas aufgemöbelt werden. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sauber, die Badewanne war großartig. Ich habe um ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke gebeten, aber es wurde mir nicht gegeben. Tatsächlich war es das unterste Stockwerk von der 8. bis zur 18. Etage. Die Rezeption und das Servicepersonal waren ausgezeichnet.

Positives: Geräumige und saubere Zimmer AC funktioniert gut Wifi funktioniert gut Kühlschrank und sicher im Zimmer Front Desk und Reinigungspersonal sind schön Lage ist gut, von ASEAN Markt und einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang zum Central Festival Negatives: Hatte Fehler in meinem Zimmer und musste in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt werden, das zweite Zimmer hatte keine Fehler. Es ist schön, dass sie Frühstück bieten, aber es ist durchschnittlich am besten. Das Essen ist kalt, keine Salz- und Pfeffertafeln und das Personal im Frühstücksbereich sind nicht freundlich und fehlen grundlegende soziale Fähigkeiten.

excellent stay. Hotel is conveniently located, parking is ample, close to 711 store and cheevit cheeva. Easy to get grab. Room is clean and spacious, breakfast is ok, can be improved esp. if could add more thai dessert, espresso machine or signature thai chicken or pork porridge. Services at front desk and check in is very good, they help to keep our bag, called to book our massage and carry our bags to room.

Ich habe zwei Nächte in Hat Yai als ein Einzelfrau gebucht. Ich habe die Nacht vor meiner Ankunft gebucht und alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, da Sie zu den meisten Orten gehen können. Ich ging zum Central Festival Einkaufszentrum (und nahm einen Taxi zurück, weil es regnete). Das Zimmer war wirklich groß und sehr schön! Alles war sehr sauber und ich hatte sogar einen Blick auf die Stadt. Großes sauberes und geräumiges Badezimmer. Ein kleines Kühlschrank mit guter Kalttemperatur. Der Pool ist schön und wegen der niedrigen Saison hatte ich es mir selbst. Das Personal war erstaunlich. So freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Frühstück heute ging der Besitzer sogar um und stellte sich vor. Schön. Nur etwas ein wenig armer war das Frühstück, aber ich denke, es ist, weil es eine niedrige Saison und nicht so viele Gäste. Wird definitiv empfehlen!

Wir reservierten 2 x Deluxe Zimmer mit Frühstück, Hotel befindet sich makro, Einkaufszentrum & Nachtmarkt. Ich mag die Lage, sehr bequem und leicht zu erreichen, wo immer. Es gibt auch Parkplatz. Der Schwimmbad ist groß und hat auch ein Fitnessraum. Das Zimmer ist groß für mich, 2 große Gepäck zu setzen. Das Personal kann nicht wirklich flüssig Englisch sprechen. Manchmal verstehen Sie nicht, was ich frage oder erklären. Das Zimmer ist sauber und der Klang beweist auch. Das Wichtigste für mich ist ein Sound-Beweisen. Ich werde wieder in diesem Hotel. Hoch empfehlen meine Freunde und Familie.

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

We were assigned this hotel after signing off from our vessel. Mosquitos were buzzing around as the receptionist checked us in. This hotel have seen better days and would make an excellent choice for a ******* hotel film set. The furniture and furnishings are really really rundown. Stained carpets and yellowed wallpaper greet you at the room. Curtains looked like they were installed in the 70s and mosquitoes buzzed around as you open them. No complimentary coffee or tea but there’s an electric kettle though. Hot water only for the showers, hot enough to cook noodles kind. No fridge and the wifi connection is not stable. The receptionist were polite when I called to raise the issue with them. Said ok and asked for my room number but nobody came to rectify the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are not doing anything to make sure the guest’s stay are comfortable and pleasant. Bad wifi connection, hot water only showers and no fridge. It’s especially bad since I have quarantine in the room for 14 days. All my other friends have similar problems in their rooms. It like the hotel is planning to shut down soon because broken things are not fixed and appliances are not replaced.

Das Zimmer liegt neben dem Geschäftsviertel, bequem, sehr Verkehrstücher, in der Nähe des Kim Yong Market. Aber der Hotelzustand ist ziemlich alt. Im Zimmer gibt es große und kleine Handtücher. Nach COVID 19 gibt es sehr wenig Personal, das Zimmerreinigung ist nicht gründlich. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum und Frühstück sind sehr wenig und der Geschmack ist fair. Wenn Sie voll sind, müssen Sie außerhalb des Hotels zu essen gehen.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends as I really enjoy staying here. It was such a clean and beautiful hotel. Everything is great here. Just packed with all amenities. Beds are very comfy!! Staff are great and super professional. Speaks quite fluent English and super welcoming. I loved how they respected and behaved so well. Iron is provided by request. Not like any other hotel, they don’t have iron. Location is also strategic and good, nearby to interesting place and many attractions [around 5-10mins to Central Hatyai and Makro] Also, this hotel is close to Prince of Songkhla University. However, if you are driving do keep in mind that the road could be narrow but if you don’t drive, you can take “Grab”. Anyway, the food can order from outsides with the online food delivery service. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! Worth the price!!

This homestay was absolutely amazing! The hospitality was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere felt just like home. A perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommended!
