Ich bleibe immer dort, wenn mein Flug früh morgens geht. Es ist ideal mit einer guten Bar und einem guten Restaurant und die Zimmer sind ruhig.

Last-Minute-Buchung aufgrund von Reiseverzögerungen. Der Empfang war effizient, wenn auch nicht einladend. Die Ankunft nach 22 Uhr bedeutete, dass die Einrichtungen begrenzt waren. Aber versehentlich mein Zimmer einem anderen Gast zuzuweisen, war fahrlässig, besonders wenn ein anderer Gast auf mich zuging und sich auf das Bett vorbereitete.

Es gab einige Probleme in meinem Zimmer, die ich mit der Rezeption besprochen habe. Die Stuhlpolsterung war so schmutzig, dass ich vorschlug, den Stuhl zu entfernen, die Teppiche waren an mehreren Stellen markiert. Die Badezimmerarmaturen waren nicht aufpoliert, wie es in einem Hotel dieses Standards üblich ist. Ich habe mein eigenes Hotel besessen und besitze immer noch eines im Ausland. Vieles von dem, was ich sah, war selbst in meinem bescheidenen Hotel inakzeptabel.

Das erste Zimmer war wie erwartet sehr schön. Beschlossen, uns beim Schwimmen zu entspannen, konnten es aber zunächst nicht, da es voll war (mit einer Familie, die anscheinend den ganzen Tag da war!). Schließlich konnten wir schwimmen. Das Abendessen war enttäuschend (ich bestellte die knusprige Tofu-Poke-Schüssel, die wie das Essen von Pappe war!). Hatte einen schönen Gin Tonic an der Bar und zog uns dann früh zurück, da wir um 3.15 Uhr aufstehen mussten. Ich genoss ein Bad in der Badewanne, aber als ich den Stöpsel herauszog, floss ungeklärtes Abwasser aus einem Abfluss auf dem Badezimmerboden. Ich verbrachte dann 15 Minuten damit, um Hilfe zu rufen, aber die Telefone wurden nicht beantwortet. Ich musste mich anziehen und an der Rezeption anstehen, um es zu regeln! Es war kein anderes Zweibettzimmer verfügbar und niemand kam, um es aufzuräumen, also wurden wir in ein Kingsize-Zimmer verlegt - nicht ideal, nachdem Sie alles getan haben, um sich vor einem frühen Start zu entspannen.
Das neue Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber die Unannehmlichkeiten waren genau das.

No bed for my child was in the room, it took an hour for the bed to arrive. During that time, we noticed that the room was quite dirty and had hair from the previous occupants all across the bathroom.
The toilet seat was stained, dirt and debris all over the carpet floor, stains on the wall and filthy skirting birds.
No fridge because it wasn’t a “premium room” so I had to get a sticker from reception and ask them to hold items in their fridge.
After complaining to reception, we weee moved to a better room, but the same issues were prep at, however not so bad.
Still, no bed was prepared upon arrival, my son was sleeping and 2 hours after mentioning to reception there was no bed it finally arrived.
Easy check in and out though, refreshments available on arrival and a decent gym, swim sauna facilty.
Finally, it’s worth mentioning that no windows can be opened and the rooms are very musty and stuffy, you depend wholeheartedly on the air conditioning which is not on upon arrival and takes hours to clean and refresh the air inside the room.
Avoid, only positives are the location and wellness facilities.

This hotel is very close to the airport. Just 5 to 10 mins walk distance. The room is tidy and clean. The bar located in the Center of the hotel is fancy and stylish. I highly recommend Trevaler to stay there !

The hotel was very nice and very well maintained. However, the staff we were welcomed with was particularly unkind and disrespectful. We arrived on a rainy day, with 5 luggages and when we asked for help from the reception they said this wasn’t their problem and refused to send any help. After rushing inside my daughter went to start the check in. We were received by “Mohamed” who told her we couldn’t check in until much later and told us we should wait approximately 3 hours which was a problem as we had a flight to catch later in the evening. My daughter asked if there could be an exception and not only did Mohamed loudly tell her no, he also laughed at her english speaking skills. This upset my daughter and made her cry. We travel very frequently and this was absurd, we are afraid he may be ****** towards customers. It’s truly upsetting as my daughter was very respectful towards him.
However, not all staff members were rude, as Angelika served us at the hotel restaurant with kindness and respect. She put a lot of effort to make us enjoy our stay and we truly suggest you consider her as manager of reception to receive guests, as she would surely do a better job than the staff currently working at your reception.
