Gute Erfahrung mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr weit, aber auch bequem. Der Service auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut.

Die Mitarbeiter sind immer angenehm. Das Hotel ist immer sauber und das Essen ist immer schränkig.

I would like to start by saying that the Moxy is one of my favorite hotels ever! Every single time that I go to another city I stay at one of their properties if they have a location. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with how my lasted reservation was handled. I booked my stay about two months out from an event and I received a confirmation email with all of my information. About three weeks out from the event I received a cancellation email. When I called the number listed on the website it rang and rang without an answer. I finally found another number, the corporate office I believe. I was told this particular location opened bookings without a permit and as a result my reservation was canceled. I expressed that I was a rewards member and my concerns about trying to reserve another reservation in such a short time frame not only caused stress but also extra money. There was a big concert that same weekend, so most of the nice hotels were completely booked. It was made very clear that they are not concerned with customer satisfaction. I was told they’re not price matching rates at their other properties and that it’s solely my responsibility to find another accommodation. I ended up having to pay double the price at another establishment. No one has reached out since and no accommodation was made on their behalf after the permit was obtained. Shame on you Marriott.

Ich besuchte das Mokara-Spa zum ersten Mal in den Jahren und es war nicht enttäuscht. Ich entspannte mich im Jacuzzi und benutzte den Spa-Wandern in der Regenfallsdusche, bevor ich eine 80-min-Massage erhielt. Ich liebte es! Ich habe genau das angegeben, was ich aus meinem Spa-Besuch auf dem Formular, das ich ausgefüllt hatte, und ich habe genau das - eine Akupressure, Stress entspannt ruhige Massageerlebnis. Ich glaube, mein Masseur war Dan und er hatte einen milden, aber festen Kontakt. Er war sehr gut mit Akupunkten und erhielt einen guten Kundenservice. Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Nach meinem Massage genossen ich Zeit im Entspannungsbereich (mein Lieblingspunkt), auf einem privaten Sofa liegen, meine Champagner schütteln und Musik in meinen Kopfhörern hören. Nächstes Mal kann ich einen Tauchen in den schönen Außenpool. Einige Wachstumsbereiche für das Spa waren: Schrauben Sie die Bäderbodenfliesen in den Ecken und Bodenblättern, ersetzen Sie die berüstete Kleenex Gewebebox auf dem Tauch im Badezimmer und erinnern Sie allen Technikern, ihre Nägel sehr gering zu halten. Mit Ausnahme dieser kleinen Dinge war meine Spa-Erfahrung ausgezeichnet.

Die Lage ist wahrscheinlich das Beste. Es ist mit dem Kongresszentrum verbunden und es gibt auch so viele Restaurants und Food Trucks in der Nähe und einige sind auch damit verbunden. Es ist sehr sauber und ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

1 Nacht Aufenthalt. 1st, unsere Schlüsselkarten funktionierten nicht. Keine große Menge, ging zum Vordertafel und hatte die Karte aktiviert. Gehen Sie nach 9:00 Uhr für ein Schwimmen im Pool, ging zum Pool und meine Schlüsselkarte verweigerte mir Zugang. Zurück ins Zimmer, schaute auf der Website und konnte keine Informationen über Pool-Stunden finden. Beschloss, den Vordertisch zu rufen. Hier kam es wirklich frustrierend. Ich habe 0 angerufen und eine Aufnahme zu drucken ”3” etc. Das tat viele Male und konnte nicht durch die freaking Front Desk. Ich dachte vielleicht, ich mache etwas falsch und hatte meinen Mann versucht. Keine Dicke. Gib auf bc Ich wollte nicht eine perfekt schöne Nacht zu ruinieren. Der nächste Morgen schwamm kurz im Pool. Es war warm! Yay! Es ist ein sehr kleiner Pool. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut.

Ok, where do I begin. When I walked in around 5:30pm on 10/9/23, I was greeted by the front desk staff, the young gentleman was very nice and friendly. I went to my room initially because the app said my electronic key was ready to use. Went to the 12th floor and nope, trek back down to the lobby and had to get a regular key. Frustrating to lug my stuff back downstairs. My room was really nice, size wise and they do clean it as well as possible but as all the reviews say, extremely outdated, needs everything replaced. What was really frustrating was the temperature of the water in the shower. Early in the morning, you turn on the water, you have to get in because you're on a time crunch. You stand there, sticking one arm at a time in the water and you're dying because it's so damn cold. By the time you get through most of your body, it finally warms up just in time to wash your hair. On my last morning there, I had a 7:20am flight so I was in that terrible cold shower earlier than I'd like to think about. Yes, I would run the water ahead of time as much as possible but come on! The hotel has potential, but they need to put some serious money into it. The hallway on the way to the elevators has some type of scented thing plugged in, I had to gag as I passed it everyday and wondered what needed to be covered up, scent wise. I've stayed at the Aria in Las Vegas, amazing smell when you walk in, they aren't trying to cover anything up, it's just a wonderful, stays with you and even provides a memory to reflect back on type of smell. Anyway, I was attending a conference. The room itself was fine, no issues there, however, each time we took a break to use the restroom down the hall by the restaurant, it was an adventure. We all laughed because you never knew which sink would leak out water and which would provide the soap. You also, typically had to use a roll of paper towel that sat on the counter that you had to rip off a piece to dry your hand. It was crazy. I would stay again if I absolutely had to, the convenience of attending my meeting and going up to my room during a lunch break was really nice. Sorry, I hate to give a negative review but maybe someone will listen and sink some money into this potential of a hotel. Nice employees though!

amazing customer service, very friendly and attentive . Got in quick and out , room is very nice and clean. would recommend coming again my favorite place , very affordable price as well the guy at the reception was very friendly as well and made sure all of my questions were answered in a very professional manner

Alle Mitarbeiter hier sind AWESOME sie alle machen Sie sich zu Hause fühlen!!! Miss Crystal ist die beste! Meine Familie von 4 absoluten adorieren sie hat meine Familie geholfen, während wir gerade in Not sind. Mein Landsleute verkaufte das Haus, in dem wir lebten und hatte eine harte Zeit, um ein neues Haus zu finden. Das Personal hier ist weitgehend das beste.
