Ok, where do I begin. When I walked in around 5:30pm on 10/9/23, I was greeted by the front desk staff, the young gentleman was very nice and friendly. I went to my room initially because the app said my electronic key was ready to use. Went to the 12th floor and nope, trek back down to the lobby and had to get a regular key. Frustrating to lug my stuff back downstairs. My room was really nice, size wise and they do clean it as well as possible but as all the reviews say, extremely outdated, needs everything replaced. What was really frustrating was the temperature of the water in the shower. Early in the morning, you turn on the water, you have to get in because you're on a time crunch. You stand there, sticking one arm at a time in the water and you're dying because it's so damn cold. By the time you get through most of your body, it finally warms up just in time to wash your hair. On my last morning there, I had a 7:20am flight so I was in that terrible cold shower earlier than I'd like to think about. Yes, I would run the water ahead of time as much as possible but come on! The hotel has potential, but they need to put some serious money into it. The hallway on the way to the elevators has some type of scented thing plugged in, I had to gag as I passed it everyday and wondered what needed to be covered up, scent wise. I've stayed at the Aria in Las Vegas, amazing smell when you walk in, they aren't trying to cover anything up, it's just a wonderful, stays with you and even provides a memory to reflect back on type of smell. Anyway, I was attending a conference. The room itself was fine, no issues there, however, each time we took a break to use the restroom down the hall by the restaurant, it was an adventure. We all laughed because you never knew which sink would leak out water and which would provide the soap. You also, typically had to use a roll of paper towel that sat on the counter that you had to rip off a piece to dry your hand. It was crazy. I would stay again if I absolutely had to, the convenience of attending my meeting and going up to my room during a lunch break was really nice. Sorry, I hate to give a negative review but maybe someone will listen and sink some money into this potential of a hotel. Nice employees though!

Detaillierte Bewertung ist unten: 1. LAGE: Dieses Eigentum befindet sich direkt am Autobahn/Autobahn, so dass hierher kommen oder irgendwo rausgehen, ist immer schnell verfolgt. Großer Teil ist, dass es eine private Straße hat und ist von der Autobahn um ca. 0.1 Meilen entfernt, so Kein Autobahngeräusch. 2. PARKUNG: Eine große Parkplätze und große Parkplätze. Alle offene Luft und unverdeckt, so dass Regen/Sonnenschein alle müssen während der Parkplatz hier verantwortlich gemacht werden. Das Los ist sehr gut beleuchtet und ist überall im Besitz und fühlt sich sehr sicher. 3. LOBBY: Sehr schöne, geräumige Lobby, angemessen mit Computern ausgestattet und auch für den öffentlichen Gebrauch. Sie haben einen Kühlschrank und ein Kühlschrank für weiche Getränke, Eiscreme, bereit zum Essen usw. Die Aufzüge sind auch schön und geräumig und schnell. 4. ZUM: Das Königsbettzimmer war sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Bett und die Kissen waren komfortabel. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren modern. Beide Bettseiten hatten Stromausgänge und USB-Ausgänge. Der TV war von guter Größe. Das Zimmer hatte auch einen Kühlschrank. 5. Badezimmer: Wie das Zimmer war das Badezimmer auch geräumig und gut gespeichert. Der einzige Nebenteil war der Wasserdruck im Waschbecken sehr langsam, aber es war besser in der Dusche. Das Zimmer hatte auch einen Kaffeemaschine. 6. BREAKFAST: Es war sehr gut gespeichert und hatte viele weitere Optionen. Das Personal hier ist sehr nett, super hilfreich. Sicherlich wert zu bleiben und würde hier wieder zu bleiben wählen.

Es war nichts, um meinen Kopf zu schlagen, es erfüllte das Minimum meiner Erwartungen. Wir trafen ein Problem, sobald wir dort waren, was das Management behandelt, etwas schnell. Frühstück ist OK, nichts zu besonderes. Ich habe gefühlt, dass, wenn sie offene Pflaster dienen und Papierplatten verwenden, dann könnten sie auch Massenversiegelte verwendet haben. Nichts extravagant, oder über dem Top. Sehr grundlegende, aber ich habe hohe Standards, wenn es um Wert und Reinigkeit geht. Meine Bar-Mindeststandards wurden erfüllt. Personal war hilfreich und nett. Es gibt eine Bar direkt neben ihm (praktisch sehen Sie Parkplatz), so wenn Sie nicht die Lärmprobleme zu treffen, bitten, auf der anderen Seite zu sein.

Stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, fresh smelling and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to David who gave us a warm welcome. Hotel does NOT charge for parking, which is highly unusual. The hotel offers a parking garage and surface parking behind the hotel. The location is very convenient. Without traffic it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the Galleria and 10 minutes to Memorial Park. The challenge is navigating the frontage roads to actually get to the hotel, but Waze or Google Maps was spot on with the guidance. The hotel definitely has an older architectural style, but the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The concierge lounge is stocked with sodas, flavored water and snacks. Soundproofing was sufficient that we never were bothered by the freeway noise! We stay at dozens of hotels on an annual basis, and this hotel is simply one of the best run properties we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this property and stay here again.

The bed linens were not clean and did not look white, they were light brown. The pillow cases were dirty looking too. Very unpleasant stay.

Gute Erfahrung mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr weit, aber auch bequem. Der Service auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Parkplatz war etwas begrenzt, aber gut geleuchtet - keine Sicherheitsprobleme. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Gehbar in mehreren lokalen Restaurants.
