One of the best places to stay in haridwar, loved the stay with my family here, food is awesome and rooms are really good,the view from the room is really and the parking space is great as well, i recommend this hotel to everyone . Just loved the place

Rooms are so clean.. all staff are so good .. food taste is very good... You can see the Ganga from your room .. very safe and good property.. .............near to Ganesh ghat ......1km far from hari ki pori .. Walking distance 12 minutes from hari ki pohri

Overpraised hotel. The amount we paid and room we booked was deluxe during checkin we were told that we have been upgraded to super deluxe room. However there is no difference between deluxe and super deluxe room. The rooms were same and when asked no satisfactory answer was given plus we faced issues with hot water. Though service replies were quick we needed to ask for the thing like toiletries and kits. For three only 1 kit was issued. The site seeing prices for taxi were very demanding and fluctuating. No good responce was given we needed to ask. Also on other booking sites prices for same room were less. Overall bad experience concerning to pricing.

Stayed for 5 days, overall experience would rate average, location is close to railway stn and market but lanes are too narrow for a car probably local ricks are better for commuting, room is suitable for stay of 2 people, unhappy with food especially breakfast which marks the start of the day # limited options and gets repeated every day which becomes boring and doesn't justify room charge per night.
