Very clean hotel and modern, stayed here for 4 days. Staff cooperative. You got to hire rickshaw to around which hotel can arrange for you. Powercuts seem to happen more often, but they have backup power so it is ok. Faced minor issues with water and wifi, Food is great. Overall good.

It was an okay experience based on the amount paid. I booked platinum room with dinner and breakfast included. . I paid almost 1600 extra but still they call breakfast and dinner as complimentary. And, complimentary means you are offered a different menu than the normal menu with much less items. moreover, even water is not Mineral water at the restaurant. I had to pay extra for mineral water at the restaurant. Now the taste of food at their chotiwala restaurant is not up to the mark. I like only tea. rest all other items had no taste. Aaloo bhaji had onion. I think it is first time in life aaloo bhaji had onion tadka making it the worst taste of life. About the hotel Room, in paid for platinum but the look of the room was normal not extraordinary as expected based on the platinum room. No welcome drink but water is offered. Staff is good and helpful. Best point is it is near har ki podi and mata Mansa devi entry marg but one thing is trains pass by it so at night you will hear the whistle sound of Trains as well. My suggestion is to book hotel but not with breakfast and lunch or dinner included. As the restaurant not even offers sweets in complimentary food even when you had paid extra 1600 rs and being treated as free food is being offered to us.

The male at the reception who wear spects is not very friendly. Tvs in their rooms don't even have basic news channels. Wifi is very slow i. E 10 mbps per second. It is still manageable there is no basic facility for drivers to even bath with hot warm water. Drivers are also humans, but you have below average facilities for them. At-least provide them hot water in winters to bath.

Good location, good food, average service although which can be improved, cooperative staff but need more professionalism. Not great but still rate it as a good experience. Stayed with family

Its only 10 min away from hear ki pauri and its situated on the highway. Very easy to reach this hotel

The room was not upto the mark. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. The room didn’t have enuf plug points. The water supply went off for 6 hours. Also the manager made extra money on cab charges for sight seeing and airport drop we found rishikesh a better place to stay and has good spiritual touch than haridwar.
