Nice Hotel for both family and business traveller. Conveniently located near to 'Har ke Pauri' ghat - it takes around 5/6 minutes by Auto/Toto.Hotel has good in-house Restaurant (Veg only) and would recommend to try North Indian dishes only.The rates are economical per hotel standard and portion offered is also good. There are lot of options like Burger king, Dominos and many more good Restaurants/Bakeries within 200 meters ,making it more convenient . The staffs at the hotel are very courteous and helpful.Hotel Cleanliness (Hotel room, Restroom and lobby) and Room Service worth mentioning - very much satisfied.Wifi speed is excellent and can easily perform office work. I would certainly recommend this hotel for all family traveller's.

Prime location on main road, clean room and toilet, free parking inside hotel premises, dormitory for drivers, food was costly in the hotel, many eateries outside the hotel. Overall a good experience.

The location & services of the hotel was very good. The only feedback. While booking picture shows 3 bed room. But actual they had given the additional bed. Provide what u show.

1. Room is unhygienic, no dental kit is available. 2. They charged 4. 8 k for lunch/dinner and breakfast but mostly item were not available during dinner and breakfast. 3. Very pathetic service during we request to serve lunch / dinner

We stayed in the hotel for only 1 night. The stay was very pleasant. Though the hotel seems to be there for a long time, it is very well maintained & managed. Room was spacious with a big bed good enough for two adults & two small kids. The bathroom was also spacious & clean. The room we stayed in had a balcony too to dry clothes. We did not eat in the restaurant except for breakfast, which was good & hygienic. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location (on main haridwar road, close to railway station) and ambience of the rooms. They have few parking in front of the hotel too. Lastly, the staff was very courteous & accomadating.

We booked 2 rooms, one suite room with 3 people with a meal plan, either lunch or dinner and another executive room, that was without any meal plan. During checkout, the manager charged us with the lunch bill that we took just because we told him to serve food in that executive room instead of the suite room. The manager was very rude. On confronting him, he threatened us and told me to ask mm t about that and argued with us. As we were getting late, we paid whatever amount he told in the end.
